Ordered a sandwich online today. Destiny, the employee couldn't find my order. I showed her, that I already paid for it. She wasn't able to make my sandwich nor issue me a refund. I lost my $2 rewards and my $1 discount. Had to order a new one. The whole situation took me 28 minutes. I only have a 30 minute lunch break. Not satisfied with this location ?. They all want to earn the big bucks but are incompetent in their job and customer service ? ?

Would not recommend unless you have a death wish. You will probably get some sort of disease from this establishment and their unhygienic food handling practices. They basically served me the equivalent of the nasty patty from that one episode of Spongebob. Also, the sandwich artist rolled her eyes and snorted at my choice of ingredients. (Olives and cucumber and chicken breast and vinegar on Italian bread). 0 stars.

Food poisoning!! Do not eat here! I have reported this location to the health department. I thought the food looked dry and not fresh (on a Saturday), especially the meats. The turkey was the only one that looked decent, and there was a line, so I convinced myself that it should be safe if other people were eating here. WRONG. The food tasted off, and I only ate three bites. My dad, however, ate all of his (turkey on flatbread). He also said it tasted off but took the chance. Later that night, he vomited. My stomach was burning that night as well, but only eating 3 bites seemed to save me from severe illness. Shut this place down ASAP.

I myself don't get subs anymore simply because I don't eat deli meat anymore. The only thing I used to get was the tuna, but that I no longer get anymore as well due to the ingredients and questioning of the socalled tuna that is not really good quality if any at all. Deli meats arnt quality because they are very processed and can cause diabetes especially eaten too much.The oils here are vegetable and canola along with soybean oils in the dressings etc., it's just not healthy eating and mostly bread which is full of artificial ingredients and again bad oils.Good location and maybe a salad worth purchasing, but again quality in food isn't there. Mass produced and loaded with genetically modified organisms and msgs.I buy for someone else here who is satisfied with this type food.

I had to go to place next door to get change had to buy PIZZA TO PAy 4
This place is awful and the service is rude. There was barely anything on my sandwich. They literally filled the cup half full and even that was mostly ice. I came back to get them to refill it and they refused without me paying and I didn't have anymore money on me. I got 2 drinks and my daughter got three little kid drinks before it was empty. 04/24/23

Gave thisSubway 5 stars! Why? Because if you order a steak and cheese in the Food Court at Greenwood Mall, this is what you get! Mmmm..spinach, cheese and shards of steak that look like they were scraped out of the dump tray under the bar!Maybe we ordered the 'hint of steak taste' sammich instead. My bad!

Getting a subway sandwich at this store is always a delicious experience. They always have fresh bread whenever I visit and cookies too (chocolate chip best :)) staff is nice and quick aswell
