Their Lobby is always closed due to staff shortage, which I don’t understand since I work for a staffing agency and we have plenty of people looking for employment and we can’t place them anywhere. If they have staff shortage please HIRE more people!!I don’t don’t like the drive through so 1 star!!

I was told "participating locations" when I tried to use the buy a footlong get a footlong Free coupon. But they will accept any other coupon. And the man working the counter was kind of rude when I asked about the coupons. If they can accept one coupon then there's no reason they can't accept all of them.

I'm not kidding... Every time I have went to Subway 31-W Bypass, my order was messed up.I'm trying to figure out how that particular store is still open???? Do yourself a favor. If you have a taste for Subway in Bowling Green KY, go to the Medical Center. A whole new world.

During a BOGO event, I ordered the Monster and the Beast. The Beast was fine. The Monster was pathetic. I know they aren't going to look like the picture on the site, but the sandwich had half the meat that it should have and the bacon was missing. I sent a complaint to corporate. The store owner, Michael Kelly, contacted me to tell me that I was wrong and shouldn't be complaining since the sandwich was free. You better hope we never meet, Michael.

Ordered the food online while in the parking lot, and it was nasty. He even paid for extra meat and didn't get it. Ask for sauce in the side, and it was in a tiny cup and got footlongs. Sauce was enough to cover almost half.

Absolutely terrible experience. I tried to order a sandwich online but it went to the wrong store. I called not once, not twice, but three times trying to cancel the order and reorder it to the correct store. Nobody picked up the phone, and my card was still charged. The other store charged me 2 dollars more in person for the same sandwich that was online. When you submit a customer service request online it says to fill in all required fields when I have all fields filled which is extremely frustrating. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge.

Worst customer service I have ever had and I am in my 50's. Went and ordered a sandwich my card declined and I know what I have in the bank. Then I used my Sam's plus credit card that has no balance on it and it declined. I used a coupon for my sandwich. I told her it had to be the machine. I owed $3.70 for a custom made sandwich for me that you throw away. That's sad. The manager said she was not going to lose her job. It's sad that the world has gotten this stupid.
