“This Subway was clean, friendly and good food. The store manager (Keval) went above and beyond for customer service. I forgot my jacket at Subway and after I travelled 800 miles back to Wisconsin, I called Subway in Bowling Green and Keval said my jacket was there and that he would happily ship it back to me. I not only received my jacket right away but I also got a kind follow up call from Keval a few days later to see if my jacket had arrived in Wisconsin. Thank you for the great customer service!“
“First time here, brings the total number of Subways in Bowling Green back to 13 I think, unsure how long this particular one has been here. Foods good as usual, nothing to complain about. Had a small sub, never have had the buffalo chicken before, not very spicy, which is fine, pairs great with ranch. #338“

“We had given up on having Subway in BG. Usually the sandwiches and quality are awful and they don't go along w any promotions. We did a mobile order/pu tonight at this location and were so happy! Great quality, ingredients, did not skimp on any of the toppings, for the specifications correct, and got a bogo. Yay!“
“I imagine these people gird for war every day. Located in the heart of WKU, they have an L shaped serving area with two lines to deal with the relentless onslaught of hungry students! I had the new Sesame-ginger glazed chicken wrap that was brand new to my sandwich chef, but he handled it with a little coaching quite nicely. No need to come to this location if you're not a student unless you want to see Subway double lines in action! #260“
