Abigail was upset because I repeated my order and when I got to the window I asked if they have the right order and they clearly didn't so they got upset and when I end up getting my food they threw it in the back the tacos were all spilled out at the bottom of the back and I didn't get an item I tried to call when I made it home and the phone is ringing I've called a couple times no answer horrible customer service if you don't want to then customer service find a new job
This is the slowest taco bell ever and you can't get out the drive through this place sucks

They messed up my whole order. Will never go back to this Taco Bell. I order one of the craving box and there was nothing right in it expect the chips and cheese. They are unorganized and can’t remember what I had. If you want to get what you order I suggest going somewheres else. I had to go back for a missing taco. Then I got home and found out my box was not correct at all and wasn’t even worth what I paid for the box alone. I also ordered a crunch wrap with no sour cream but it has sour cream all inside it. I decided not to go back and took the lose eating at a different location next time.

Went to get dinner the worst 25.00 I have ever wasted did not get a receipt took 30 min to get the food it was all cold Mexican pizzas were basically 2 shells called that night and they said they would replace the food went back there and they said with no receipt it was too bad. Will never spend another dime at any Taco Bell. Managers have attitudes.

Ordered a number 9 and some Cheesy potatoes and brought it back to work and threw my food in the bag grease not drain from the meat and made my shells soggy GM needs to go in and fire them. I have been in Restaurant business for over 25 years and in management

I have come back to update my review from a couple years ago. I believe this taco bell has had management changes or retraining because majority of the time my food is right, the service is quick and friendly, and fast. I will say there are certain days of hours you should go because sometimes it's not as good. But I'd say 8/10 it is good. Really happy with all the changes they've made and I only think it's on the up and up.

Got the order wrong, left items out. Go to literally any other Taco Bell, this one is staffed by fools.
I have tried to like this place. Multiple times. Every visit leaves me mad that I let my kids talk me into going. Terrible service, Food quality is awful, the order is never right after leaving the drive-thru, and the wait time is beyond ridiculous! Never again! And they are all alike, nothing personal on this particular location.

A year ago, management changed and i noticed instant improvement. The past few months, depending on who's working, i get great overall service and always pleased with the food when the good crew is there. A different specific crew will make you wait until the 2-3 cars ahead get their order filled to take your order, or they take their time to greet you/take it.I've been given the wrong order 3 times, but being on my lunch break, couldn't go back. I'd call them and have to go back after work to make it right. 1 time happens occasionally , but there is no excuse for 3, especially in a 7-10 day span. I just quit going to this location, even with it being the most convenient for me.This one and none of BG's other TBs compare to Scottsville Rd.
