Great food and service! The host came and checked on us to make sure we were getting the best service possible. Also, our waiter was great she made sure we had everything we needed!!!!!!

Hickory and Oak blows this overpriced pretentious restaurant out of the water. Support local for your fine dining.

High-end restaurant without the stuffy pretentiousness, great place for adult birthdays or anniversaries. Knowledgeable front-end staff that cover each other. Good variety of steaks, pastas, and seafood. This review written after third visit: all orders were cooked perfectly. Recommend the bourbon-smoked sweet potatoes (also can be a dessert) and the two spinach sides; steak toppings are Oscar or the Asiago butter; appetizers would be the tuna tartar, calamari, or the crab cake. Lauren was a perfect waitstaff, Vanessa was my recommended bartender.

Diablo pasta - shrimp overcooked and pasta tastes cheap and hard as well.Filet mignon - meat frozen for too long, medium rare comes out with pink in the middle but not across the entire piece.Potatoes- over whipped, tasted like glue and looked brown. It's hard to mess up the potatoes but they did?The music was good ?

This is a fantastic place for large events, and certainly, comes with an intimate setting. The food and service are outstanding. Dana is always helpful and brings a great attitude to make this place worth going to again and again.

Nice people inside. good selection of food although a bit all over the place. steaks were very good although universally not cooked to the asked for temps - each was somewhat under done. wine list is good if a bit over priced. some suggestions - show the bottle of wine before uncorking - vintages matter! diners shouldn't have to pour their own wine. have anisette or sambuca - many people put that in their espresso or cappuccino. nice space and a decent experience - but wildly overpriced for BG - perhaps when the area is completely built out and the hotel is doing business gatherings this won't matter.

Steak was ok, service was marginal. Server forgot to bring a steak knife, didn't know the specials and couldn't articulate desserts. I rarely give a poor review but I wasn't impressed for this price point

During a recent visit to the Bowling Green location on 2/8/24 I experienced a member of the management team being extremely rude to the staff. When I asked about this I was told he worked for corporate and I believe his name was Dave. When I first arrived Dave was yelling at a female server. I’m unsure of the context as I had just arrived. But he yelled out “this sucks” which again caught my attention. I would have left the restaurant at this time due to his behavior, but with no options in walking distance I was forced to stay.Next, after I ordered a beer he took a drink menu to the bartender and made a rude comment to him insinuating he didn’t give me a menu, which he did. Then while trying to enjoy my meal and disregard this unprofessional behavior Dave decided it was a good idea to yell at the management staff about how cups were being placed on tables. Further ruining the experience for me and his reputation with the staff at the location. The manager of the location, Zech, was very professional when I highlighted the issue from the evening and did what he could to keep me a happy customer.

The food was very good. I had told them it was our son's birthday and they made sure to have a note for him and several employees told him happy birthday during the dinner. Each steak was prepared to our request and the sides were full of flavor. Our waitress was attentive and very professional.

Great meal with friends. Server realized quickly we weren't in a hurry and staggered, the courses perfectly. We were there over 3 hours and weren't rushed at all. Drinks, oysters, salads and of course steak. All were exceptional and couldn't have asked for anything more. Ohhh, and no need for dessert when the the table orders the sweet potatoes puree. Fantastic!

We arrived on time and was seated immediately. The restaurant is so nice and well staffed. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. She informed us of the menu. Our food was delicious and just the way we ordered it. The manager came over to our table. Asked how everything was and said we would be getting a special dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. We couldn't have asked for better service. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family.
