I'm guessing that it's the only place open late at night not too far off the thruway. We stopped because Walmart was near and we needed a few things I had forgotten. My hubby saw the Wendy's sign and said we hadn't eaten let's go through the drive thru. The line wasn't terrible in comparison to our local place but took an extremely long time, almost half an hour for five cars ahead of us. That was to place our order and then another twenty minutes to get our food which was semi cold and no sauce for the nuggets.

I must say the most disrespectful staff I've ever encountered but the manager Walter made me feel so much better very understanding and very respectful and if the world was full of nothing but Walters I believe it would be a better place

The drive thru line was backed up and I have never been happier to go inside. Unfortunately, I did not get the employees name but his customer service skills were on point. I watched him adapted to speaking with 3 different types of people while multi-tasking to help the drive thru, stock, etc. He greeted everyone that walked in. If I owned a sales or customer centric business, I would have poached him right in front of his manager.

I love Wendy's, this is the only place that I can get a Chicken Wrap.... SADLY, since my last review , Wendy's has only gotten worse, they have taken away their Chicken Wraps for no reasons & now there's nothing worth eating from there. On top of that their service is horrible with their bad attitud....

After waiting for more than 15 minutes for our order to be taken the young man who took my order insisted on waiting for me to go out to my car and get my key chain tag for my free jr frosty further holding up the line which was out the door. When I asked if I couldn’t just go ahead and pay and then go get my key tag so they could go ahead and start making our order he told me no because he didn’t believe I really had the key tag. When I told him to keep the food we would go somewhere else he laughed obnoxiously and said good and that he was right I didn’t have the key tag. I’ll never return to that store and possibly not any of them.
