Went to this Wendy’s with a coupon for a free sand-which. The manager said we had to have the coupon pulled up on the mobile app. The mobile app was not working. We tried for 30 minutes trying to get the mobile app to work. Then went and talked to manager again and told him the app was not working. He still would not honor the coupon even though we had it clearly pulled up on the phone. We was polite as possible but it is ridiculous that the manger could not accommodate the coupon. Very poor customer service.

My daughter took my phone and tried to order a Happy Meal there and instead of asking for a parent or something he decided to cuss at her and I had to take the phone and hang up. To make things worse I called the place again and I asked to speak to the manager and he hung up on me. Not pleased.

I live very close to this Wendy’s, and I have two small children so I do mobile orders a lot here. It never fails that my order is always incorrect. I’m just not understanding how simple it is to read what someone else has put in and just fill the order. I’m not asking for nothing but other than what I’m paying for and I guess I should check the food before I make it all the way to the house but the thing of it is I shouldn’t have to so I guess I’m gonna take my mobile ordering somewhere else unfortunately.
