I order the Panko fish combo meal. Everything was cold. As soon as I had taken a bite out of my sandwich cold. The fish sandwich had cheese on it that was just thrown on there. It wasn't even melted. I will not be going to the Wendy's on Scottsville Rd. So I gave the food no star.

I absolutely love coming to this Wendy’s. my order is always right, and food is fresh. This Wendy’s is actually the farthest from my home but I continue to come to it mainly because of one particular employee. I think her name is Marie if I’m not mistaken. But she’s always nice and respectful when she’s taking my order and handling my change. She’s the reason why I keep coming to this Wendy’s. I’ve worked in fast food before and I know that there’s not a lot of good employees who are very respectful and nice. So the way she handles customers really deserves recognition. people like her keep customers returning. please give that woman a raise or something lol

This place is a joke. The little “boy” giving out drinks swore up and down that he gave me a regular coke. Even when I told him it looked red, like it had cherry flavor in it. I just said screw it and took my food and left and of course when I get home the coke had cherry in it. Tried to call the place but it keeps saying it’s not available. Complete joke of a Wendy’s.

Something is wrong with this location's management. I had already placed a mobile order, but it took about 5 minutes to get any response at the drive-thru speaker, and 20 minutes overall to get my order. When I finally pulled up to the window, I saw 3 employees just aimlessly standing around and chatting without a care in the world. It was not particularly busy, and it seemed like every drive-thru customer had to wait through this ordeal.

Favorite Wendy's in town. All the employees are really awesome people and I've never had a problem once out of the 100s of times I've dined in this establishment. Other people seem to think different but I guess they just like me which I'm okay with.

Ordered drive through. Part of my order, I said, "Son of Baconator combo, small, root beer."Pull up to the first window and wait for a while, no response from the person at the register. They even turned their back to the window at one point.I pull to the second window, and it's a chore to pay. Told them about waiting at the first window. They had to yell at the guy to get it figured out. As I receive my order, I'm missing a fry, and they upcharged me .40 for a medium drink on my small combo.I go inside, and FIVE different people walk by while I'm holding my bag of food and receipt, no acknowledgement. Finally, someone says, hang on, and then walks past me to take a customer's order before getting to me. What?I tell the lady once she gets back to me about the missing fry, and also explain that I was upcharged for a drink I didn't want. A manager walks up and asks what's wrong, and this cashier says, "I thought this was gonna be simple, but now he's talking a fry AND a drink." How is that complicated?I explain to the manager, I don't expect anything for the drink, just wanted to make a comment that I was overcharged, essentially. I just want my small fry. Quite an ordeal for two biggie bags and a combo.
