The store was run down, dirty and dusty, very little parking, single use only bathroom which was dirty and had no paper towels, food was overcooked, french fries which I usually love from Zaxby's had almost no seasoning on half the fries, they were cold, and when I asked for them to be recooked and seasoned they refused and gave me back the same cold fries and a container of seasoning to season my own food which I paid them to cook and season. They explained to me that they don't season all the fries. When I told them every other Zaxby's I go to seasons the fries well they told me that was incorrect and that they're not supposed to do that. The soda was watered down and the machine spit and sputtered air and refused to give ice I had to use a second machine that they had on the counter. The soda machine or ice maker which was attached to it was so loud it felt like I was eating my dinner on an aircraft carrier. Literally the worst Zaxby's experience I have ever had and I will never return to this location and I'll make sure to let everyone in my loop know what a lousy location this is and how poorly it's managed and how poor the customer service and food quality is. This location is a discredit to the franchise which usually has a great quality fast food in my opinion and I love their french fries normally. The chicken tenders are usually spot on also but here they're crunchy, tough, and burnt. This is not at all what I would expect from a Zaxby's along with a $56 bill for the worst food I've eaten in a long time. Take my advice and go to a different location this one is not worth your money or your time...Parking: Limited parking in the center or side of the drive-thru, making it difficult to get in and out

I just went through Drive Thru at this location and had amazing experience with Hunter! Very awesome guy that noticed me coming there on the regular and wanted me to know that he noticed! I really appreciate that and it matters so much to be noticed. Very friendly place with awesome customer service and the food is always hot and fresh I have lived in Bowling Green for seven year’s and have always went to that Zaxaby’s because of the high quality customer service and the food never disappoints!! Thank you for being kind!

Floors are slippery 9 out of 10 times when I go. To the point my slip resistant work boots still slide like I'm on ice. The mop used in the kitchen does NOT need to be used on the dining area floor.

Showed up near closing time just to order some fries and instead of letting me know, they would either have to cook fresh or say they were closed, they gave me stale, disgusting cold fries. When I drove back around, they ran to the back, locked the doors and windows And took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call I guess just hoping I would drive away and say forget my money

Overall it's clean except for the windows and a few flies crawling on them. The chicken fingers and fries were good. The dip was ok. I would have preferred BBQ sauce. I had to ask for ketchup. The toast was flattened in the center. Forget the toast and give me more fries. A bit slow to acknowledge you at the counter. The drinks are self serve and there's a wide variety, which I like. The food arrived quickly, before I had finished filling my cup. A reasonable price for what you get. No napkins in the dispenser. Not too bad of an experience. I'll most likely will eat here again.

This is by far the worst zaxbys I've ever been to completely messed my oder up ordered a Cobb salad only thing in the salad is lettuce and tomatos missing a few things like chicken bacon eggs fried onions the salad container looked like someone had been eating on it because there was so much stuff missing and the little blonde that took the order was completely rude and unprofessional

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but the past few times we've thru the drive thru it takes 10 minutes for them to take our order. Tonight when we pulled thru they had told us to pull into a parking spot and wait. After 20mins of waiting, we walked inside to see where our food was and it was sitting in a bag on the counter and there were about 5-6 workers in the back. Just grabbed our bag and left. Food was slightly cold. Not worth the wait tbh.
