It just ain't the same the breading on the chicken is like chewing a wet paper bag. Fries are barely seasoned if at all and soaked in grease like they scoop them out with a ladel as to a strainer. Worst chicken joint in BG.

Food was fine but service was great. The lady that served me was Raina and her whole vibe was cheery and positive. Really improved my day. Would go back just for her positivity and hospitality alone.
The food was okay. We stopped on our way back to Wisconsin from a road trip. We ordered our food at 3:17pm and received it at 3:54pm. The staff (Tonisha E.) treated us very poorly. We asked a question about the food and she was very rude about answering the question. Then around the 30 minute mark, we went up and asked how long the food was going to take. Their response was “we are working on it” and walked away. Then 10 more minutes passed and we were just to ask for a refund minus the drinks because we really wanted to get home. Finally we got our food and (I think her name was) Erin W. came out and said she apologized that our order got mixed up with someone else’s. She was the nicest to us and we didn’t feel ignored. Maybe it is just this location, but Erin W. did give us a free loaded fries for next time. The gesture was nice and considerate, however I do not thinking I will be dining and any of the Zak Snaks again. (Tonisha’s name was on the receipt and Erin’s name was on the card for free fries, I apologize if I got the names wrong)

Very slow. Multiple orders were "skipped" according to the manager on duty.Sunday at lunch there is a dining room full of people with no food. We had a total wait of 48 min.

This place is a joke! They say it's cooked to order but it definitely is not the case. From the time that I ordered to the time I got my room temperature food was 30 min. On top of that, the order was wrong. The bread was over cooked that when you touch it, it crumbles in your hand. The people behind the counter had attitudes and excuses as to why their service is so bad. I would not recommend going. It's a waste of money.

Food was fresh. Before I got my drink, they were calling my name. My boneless weren’t quite as saucy as they typically are but everything else was great. Cashier was attentive, kind, and professional. Interior and exterior was well maintained!
