They have advertised the new drinks. However, they come in one size, and are non refillable!! Not something I will order EVER again. I had ordered the mango sweetened tea. It was not worth what I paid for it!!! At least make it refillable!
I will start by saying that Jeremy who works in the morning was Great! He is primarily the reason my service score is not lower. He was over accommodating of my special meal request. I am from Atlanta , so I am accustomed to how Chick-fil-a service should be. The service from the Manger, line staff and kitchen cook was a bit unprofessional and tactless. I hope that my next visit to CVG airport is more of a pleasant one, as I come through often for work.
