Came through the drive thru a few days ago, and waited a minute for my food and only to get my food and my food was ice cold. I was headed to work but couldn't take food back, cause I didn't want to be late for work. But I don't understand why would you serve food cold like that, it's like fast food workers don't care at all anymore.

Drive through order wrong again. Had to drive all the way back to pick up missing food. Quality of food has gone downhill in the last year also. They don't seem to care either. No apology for their mistakes.

Food is always great but customer service is always bad. I go here often and the employees and manager usually have a bad attitude. I’ve worked in multiple fast food/restaurants and I’ve never treated a customer this way..

We decided to give this a try for the first time this afternoon. We went through the drive thru and ordered 6 strips and some fries. The food was lackluster at best, especially for $13. The chicken was dry, lukewarm, small pieces, and the breading has no flavor whatsoever. The fries were basic frozen crinkle cut fries and they were at least hot. Upon getting our food, my boyfriend said “Thank you, have a good day!” to the person at the window and we got a “Yep.” as the reply. I think I’ll be seeking out Raising Cane’s the next time I am craving chicken tenders. Super disappointing.

I initially sought a place that upheld truthfulness, and upon reading your recent post, my family and I were deeply moved by its candor. We have been loyal patrons of this establishment since its inception, consistently enjoying our visits. However, our last three experiences have been quite disappointing, as the quality of the chicken precisely mirrored your description. I had hoped this was a temporary issue and that those responsible would be promptly addressed. Regrettably, it appears that the situation remains unchanged.During my most recent visit, which took place approximately a month ago, we ordered our meal, which arrived promptly and hot, and to our pleasant surprise, without the usual lengthy lines. Given our past experiences, we were somewhat hesitant but decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was far from satisfactory, as it was rather unpleasant. In response, I politely informed the attendant that the food was subpar. However, we received no empathy or understanding, and as we were departing, the attendant took an unprofessional approach, uttering an unkind comment. It was a rather disheartening experience, to say the least.

The line took way too long. If you have all the time in the world, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! It took close to 20 minutes for just 3 cars to go through. The food was great but the chicken tenders were too small. If I'm going to spend about 11 dollars on a meal where the tenders are tiny, it's not worth it to any capacity. They seem to be understaffed and overall it was a nightmare of an experience. I wouldn't come here unless the drive-thru is completely empty.

In regards to our visit on Wed 8/2/2023.Sadly,this visit will be our last, we have been a weekly customer since this placed opened.I feel that is enough of a pool of knowledge to pass a unbiased feedback and review. In the beginning it was consistently delicious and cheaper. Wait times were occasionally long, but worth it. It held at that level up until they changed there texas toast bread, og bread was amazing. Since then the overall meal has been a complete hit or miss, but still more positive than not. Past couple months have been increasingly bad, to the point that we are calling into get credit , which I hate doing. But tonight was it. These fries are cold , chewy, devoid of any flavor except the aftertaste of fryer grease wayyyy past it's prime. However , chicken was consistent , tasted exactly the same, rancid from old grease. Its really bad . Cherry on top was poor quality meat, every bite had my wife and I digging gristles and cartilage out of our mouth to the point we finally said **** it! Threw it out, wasting $ 25 and our appetites. But what really bothers me, is how far your and my standards of acceptable food have fallen so very low. Tc&gl
