This place is GROSS!! FIRST, I have had so many items that were opened when I got home that I can't even count. It happens so rarely that I know there should be a penalty of some kind. There was even some bacon this morning that was open and turning brown. SECOND, this place is FILTHY, it's like nothing is ever clean. EVER! You can literally walk in at 6:00 am and self checkout screens and areas are soooo dirty from day before. There are frozen items EVERYWHERE, in every isle that I would bet are placed back in the freezer.. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

This store is a mess. It's not stocked very well and the prices are not always matching what they say. The deli is poorly run and the service is terrible. You can never find someone to help you. The employees are a plus as they are friendly if they can stay off their phones. I never see anyone in charge.

So tired of this pharmacy. During allergy season I have to buy pseudoephedrine behind the pharmacy. Today they have 4 people behind the counter with one register open. Been waiting 30 mins. Go to Walgreens!! Walmart is faster than this!!!

Announcements in Burlington Kroger say “Masks are mandatory and must be worn.” But it is not being enforced. Tonight at least 15 people in the store were not wearing a mask at all!! I addressed the issue with the manager and she said they can’t stop them from shopping. I did not feel safe at all!!! I have been shopping at Burlington Kroger for many years and will not go back until they get their act together and give people masks on the way in and explain to them that they must wear it at all times while they shop. Very bad experience tonight.

Good place. There's a ton of variety and prices are as expected for Kroger. I'd recommend this location!

My one star is me being generous. The staff in this store is anything but helpful and friendly. My last experience was with the pharmacy staff, pharmacists Jennifer in particular. She is nothing but a rude bully that harrassed me. This pharmacy staff caused me a whole lot of unnecessary stress and aggravation and i wont be back!

Are you trying to loose customers? Twice now slimy spinach with click list. This week click list messed up and did 4 items instead of 4 pounds?! Twice the amount I requested. Today it was painful to watch the bagging! Crazy mixed up and chips and bread squashed. Grrr aldi here I come.

Large grocery store, lots of selection. Restrooms are okay. They have some deep discounts on random stuff in the discount bins. I like that there are two areas for self checkout on both sides of the store.

Congratulations to the Kroger in Burlington!!! I thought I had seen your lowest or lows but you've topped yourself tonight....feces all Over the floor! I questioned the manager and was told that it was dirt and the plumber had to leave to get someone else to help clean it up. An employee told me that was earlier in the day. Words cannot describe how disgusted I am!!! There are footprints leading away from it so all that is tracked all throughout the store. Gotta run home and take a shower now!!!! GROSS!!!!!

I always shop at this Kroger due to the convenience of its location from my house. Overall, I like the store and since it's remodeling I can find everything I need and more, and it's easier to find things and to navigate due to its size. I shop at this store at least once or twice a week, and my consistent complain are the baggers and sometimes the cashiers. The baggers appear like they were not trained to do their jobs- bagging chips together with canned foods, food items with soap, uncaring of handling fruits that you don't want bruised or mushed, etc. etc.. Majority of the time, the cashiers were nice, but sometimes I will encounter one (or two and more) that does not show any personality or does not care about the paying costumer. He/ she does not bother to great the costumer, no smiles, no eye contact, keeps checking cellphones, etc, etc... I'm just wondering what kind of training Kroger's provide their employees specially costumer service.

The convenience and selection makes Kroger a premier grocery store chain here in Kentucky

My 74 yr old mother in law found herself at Kroger with a dead battery tonight. Big thanks to employee Adam for assisting & staying with her till help arrived. His good deed is greatly appreciated!

Has got to be the nastiest deli I've ever dealt with. First time I've ever had Swiss cheese with black crap ( mold ) on it. The manager didn't even care that the equipment is that dirty. I'm never shopping at Kroger's again. This is place is nasty and has got to be the laziest place I've been at in a long time.
