I ordered two sandwiches, I didn’t read the menu and didn’t think it came with lettuce and tomato. They were busy at the time and I was prepared to wait for the new sandwich but employee Olivia assured me it wouldn’t take long at all, which it didn’t. I haven’t been here in over a year due to bad service, but they have really shaped this place up. Great customer service and good food.
I visited this Penn Station today and asked if they had chicken salad because I order this at the Penn Station in Pikeville, Ky. The employees did not know what chicken salad was. They said they could put chicken on a lettuce salad. I ordered the Italian club. It tasted alright, but the Italian dressing tasted like only pure vinegar.

Love it, but they really need a light up OPEN sign. I guess the employees park around back? It’s really hard to tell they are open when the lot is empty, the windows reflect the outdoors and they just look closed.So many places have half a55 hours these days, it’s great that Penn Station keeps real hours but they should get that OPEN sign to help make it clear.
