Tousey House is always a great place to dine! Their selection is great and the food is always delicious! They have a great selection on the heart healthy side as well. We had the Salmon and Alaskan Halibut. The meals were cooked to perfection! The blueberry lemon bread pudding was an out of this world delight! Our server, John was very friendly and knew the menu well. We've commented about our meal several times since our visit and look forward to visiting Tousey again soon!

We were visiting the area for 3 days and went twice because the food was so good the first time. The salmon was amazing. The chicken thighs with mushroom risotto was great. The fried chicken dinner and pesto pasta were perfect. The food is unique and interesting and delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey but still quiet and classy. The service is perfect. The prices are very reasonable. We are big fans.
Wednesday evening, dinner reservations. Atmosphere, service and food quality exceptional. A charming establishment we would recommend to anyone in the area. We will definitely try to get back again. 
My husband and I were there to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. The service was impeccable! My husband ordered the salmon entree and I ordered the special which was fried chicken that night. We were seated on the second floor where we could talk and enjoy the music. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy another special occasion!
Loved the atmosphere & charm of the restaurant. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. We enjoyed chatting with the other patrons visiting the restaurant. We will definitely be back.

We always have a great dinning experience at Tousey! James, Joe and all of the staff are so kind, friendly and accommodating. The brunch special was a chicken biscuit with an apricot bacon jam and it was absolutely AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! I would recommend Tousey House to all!!

Our server would not leave us alone. It was clear that we were her only table and she came back every 4 minutes. I started timing it. We collectively as a group eventually started to ignore her because she was so persistent. I can't even believe I am writing this and we felt terrible doing that, but she was smothering us. On top of that, there was a bus girl walking around with refills and I have no idea why she was needed when our server would not leave us alone. It's a bummer because we liked the place, but it makes me not want to come back if we're going to be badgered like that.
Tousey House is one of our favorite places to visit. The food is always delicious and the service is top notch! We had a wonderful time and our out of town guests enjoyed the restaurant as well.

Always great food and service! The cost of food and dining has increased so much it makes more sense to go to a place like Tousey and spend the same as you would most anywhere else except get fresh, great tasting, home cooked food and support a local business.
The food was very yummy. I have been here three times now. I feel that the service is not warm - rushing us to finish. Service is mechanical.

I decided to book reservations last minute for my husband's birthday. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our 7pm reservation and were seated promptly. (We asked if we could sit outside and they were more than happy to oblige!) Our waiter was Cody and he was very attentive, we never went without a drink, and the food was brought out in a timely fashion. The food was amazing! My teenage daughters shared the family style fried chicken, I had a burger, and my husband had a filet. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was! For dessert we shared the bread pudding and creme brulee. Top notch! And I had an espresso martini with my dessert and it was the best one I have ever had! Needless to say my husband had a wonderful birthday!

Worst experience I have had in a supposedly good restaurant. The staff twice spilled wine on us. Rather than moving us to a different table, the waiter just threw napkins on the table and did not really try to clean it up. Were put in a small room in the corner with our group of 4 older adults and then they put a table of at least 12 young people in the room with us. They were very loud and we could hardly hear each other. Food was adequate, we had an early reservation and was already out of the item I wanted. This was our first and last time to go to this establishment. If I was given the choice of going back to Tousey House Tavern or White Castle it would be a tough choice to make.
