I walked out of this restaurant, because when I was making my order (the New Yorker) the employee felt it was ok or necessary to to make a derogatory italian new york accent which I found to be Offensive. With me being in italian american from new york. Then when I asked a question about the menu she continued to be rude and disrespect. Now I don't normally get offend but with this employee being of another culture background ( African american) if would have made the same kind of Cultural accent I'm sure things would have gotten out of control and been labeled a racist which I am not. My point is that I should have e been treated with the same respect she asks for.I will say that when I called and asked for the manager she was very understanding and I believe she will Handel it accordingly.And for anyone who reads this and thinks I should just get over it. Remember we all deserve the same respect no matter where you come from or what Race you are

Ordered a vegie potato, no cheese sauce, and side salad this evening using their app. Potato was huge, looked great, tasted excellent. Noticed 3 staff members out back smoking near the back door when pulling around, when I pulled up to the window, I saw no staff in front, my immediate thoughts, uh oh, going to have to wait but; I was pleasantly surprised to have a young lady come to the window, gave Great service and turn that uh oh into a great experience. I will be back here while I am in town.

During my experience at McAlester's, I got the BLT-A and a Savannah Salad. I would say the food was pretty good! The sandwich had a lot of bacon on it and had good size to it. Overall, it was a good BLT. The salad dressing had great flavor. I would personally not add tomatoes, although you don't taste them as much. The dressing , however, I would not change. It was a perfect ratio. The service was average. The women at the front register were enthusiastic and friendly, and brought a good energy to the place. Unfortunately, the only thing I would take away from my experience was that they forgot my side of fruit. The ambiance and overall atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. The restaurant is clean, in holiday spirit, and feels homey. DR PEPPER RATING: 8/10

While experiencing McAlister's Deli for the first time I would give it a solid 4 stars. The service was average and the workers were pretty nice. The atmosphere was also very festive with Christmas decor along with the Christmas music putting me in the Christmas spirt. The food was pretty good, and my sandwich was delicious I'm glad I added the avacado on my sandwich. However, the one complaint i had about my food was the mac and cheese being lukewarm and could've used a little more seasoning. Overall the place was great. Dr pepper rate: 8/10

First time visiting a McAllisters Deli & it was wonderful!! We have a new restaurant in my hometown & it did not disappoint!I ordered on the app & got the pulled pork nachos. And when you sign up for their rewards program, you get a free 32 oz tea. I believe they also have a Tea Pass for rewards members where you can pay $7.99 for a month & get a 32 oz tea every day. I'm definitely going to do this because I love tea & have failed so many times at making it myself :)They have made me a customer for life & I can't wait to try the other menu items!! I'm so glad we have a new restaurant & I hope it has alot of success!! ❣️

Cashier was very nice. Service sucked after that. Workers threw away half a sandwich, the side and took my phone from the table while I was refilling a drink. Then, they didn’t want to give the phone back. It’s a place full of idiots (even the adults, unfortunately), minus the one cashier. Food was eh, definitely not worth the $13 for a single sandwich
