“It's subway. They are understaffed but the workers are doing their best. I don't know if that's the reason that I've started having problems redeeming my receipt survey for a soda, but for quite some time (well over a year) the survey gets you 2 free cookies or a 20 oz drink. Now I walk in with it and no one seems to know what exactly to do with the survey code. I still give them 4 stars because the service is as good as it can be under the circumstances, but like many restaurants, maybe they should pay better to get more people to work.“
“loooove me some subway. i recommend the one on broadway thought. the subway on campbellsville bypass usually isn't fresh. went there once and they were completely out of bread! told me the only thing i could get was a salad. however the subway on broadway is great. they've never failed to satisfy me. they may be greedy with the veggies sometimes but it's still always yummy!“
