Just had one of the best Wendy's experiences I've ever had. I've been to Wendy's many times and we go there only when we are traveling or need a quick bite. We are traveling for a family event for Christmas.We decided to go through the drive through to save time. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. There was an error with our order, which the employee apologized many times for. We ended up with a few extra food items because of the error.The food itself was packaged the best I've ever seen in a bag before. Each meal was separate which kept us from the usual confusion of digging through the bag for each person's items. The way it was bagged also kept the food very hot. I noticed and so did my 12 year old as he said, "Mom, the bottom of the bag is so warm and my food is warm."It was a very pleasant experience and I feel many drive through could learn a lot from this particular store on how to package food for travelThank you!
