“It's a McDonald's. Decent experiences here. This location is close to my family so I hop in here often. Food is usually hot and service is consistently good. This visit was drive thru and they keep you moving. Newer McDonalds design and layout. This location used to be one of the retro-McDonald's with a classic car in the front back in the 90's and 00's. Miss the old aesthetics but that is a couple decades since gone now. This location is a solid choice if craving some McDonald's.“
“I went there on lunch and was disappointed by the sliders I had received but I called and the manager on nights made it right and added extra. As a previous manager of an Arbys I know the ounce that go on a slider and this was just pitiful what I received the first time. Thanks for making my order again with the correct amount of meat and being so kind about it.“

“Definitely one of our favorite places to eat. New owner definitely knows what they are doing. Food is always fresh, onion rings a HUGE, and you definitely get your money's worth. Give yourself a few extra minutes as they make all their food to order, which is absolutely fine knowing you are getting fresh food on every visit. The staff are always friendly also and always greet you with a smiling face and a great attitude. Keep up the great work folks!“
“This was the best staffed CFA I've ever visited.Not sure who it was -- based on his uniform, not the manager or owner, but one big fella (w/ beard) fetched refills and later swept under tables.A petite female (dark, curly hair) did likewise -- also, refilled my drink several times.Parking: It's CFA. Parking is always at a premium.Kid-friendliness: No Romper Room at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in.Roll out.Be sure to look both ways when crossing the 2 serpentine drive thru lines.“
“Best burgers in the area as far as I'm concerned. Met our family there for lunch. It was my 1st time there. My kids highly recommended this place, so we met them there and it was Excellent. Friendly Staff also. Due to construction parking could be a challenge, but worth the extra steps...“

“The reason why I gave all 5 star is, I have never had great customer service in many years. I order just one chicken classic sandwich, I was told that there was going to be a wait and was ask very pleasantly to pull up. A few mins went by a young man came out to tell me the wrong chicken was drop but they have the right one down and it was going to be just a few more mins, he offered me anything for waiting but i just wanted my chicken, he was so sincere and apologetic, I did not mind what so ever to wait. Within 2 mins another little older man came out and hand me some chicken nuggets, he was also very respectful and nice. Told him I worked all day and had to skip lunch so those nuggets was great. The manager brought my order out and let me tell you, she was so very thoughtful and kind. Thank you Wendy's in Catlettsburg ky for making great tasting food and awesome Customer service. I think the manager was Amanda.“
