First of all the girl who took my order was very rude!! Then she told us to pull up and wait we kept waiting for 20 mins or so they weren’t even busy so I finally went in and she was like can I help you I said yes I’ve been waiting on my food. She said very rudely well it just got done then brought my order to me very rudely she gave it to me!! Got home with my food it was so NASTY I couldn’t even eat it was a total waste of money!! I do not recommend this place at all rude service and Nasty food!!! I wouldn’t even recommend the 1 star but I had to put something on here in order to do the review!!

I would give negative star if I can. They messed up the order 3 times. All I want is nuggets, tenders, and mash potatos. They gave me a family meal. Then asked me to go inside and messed it up again. Then printed me a receipt with no tenders but another family meal. It shouldn't be this hard to order. What is so hard about nuggets, tenders, and a mash potato? Staff was rude about it and told us we never said nuggets, then what happened the second time when you messed it up with no tenders?

Had to visit a KFC when in Kentucky.....Avoid this one if you can we went inside it was filthy behind the counter the was just stuff all over the floor and that was the same in the dining area floors tables all had food on them. The bathroom was the same, dirty, only one operable toilet. Ohh and I'm not sure if it usually takes a while to get food but it took exactly 20min after ordering to get our food.

Stood for 30 minutes before I was waited on. Could not get my senior discount as there was no manager on duty. Biscuit was hard. Was a very disappointing experience ? The manager came back was very rude. It also took 40 minutes to get our meal. The only good part was the employee TJ he went out of his way to get my order right when he realized my order was given to someone else. TJ IS A OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE.

Please skip this place!!! We at a burger on our first stop back to Indiana so I decided I want something different. We ordered despite the place looking like a pig sty. Order took 40 mins. The workers have zero motivation to work. Once again, would not eat here again.

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. The service is terrible and don't think it's because they have a lot of customers, because I was there for more than an hour and the employees don't care that the customers are waiting and they also have terrible patience, specifically one of them. the employees more, even when they are watching that the customers are desperate to leave.
This was the worst ever. We came here for dinner had our grandbaby who was very hungry. They had the doors locked someone let us in. They said they was taking care of drive through. But still took our order. They didn’t give us our meals till drive through was done and we didn’t get what we ordered cause they ran out giving it to the drive through. Seeiously?????? This place is the worst.The manager is rude and doesn’t need to be working at an invirament like this. Sorry for the spelling I am so angry. Thank you
