“I would say this is the best fast food place in Powell County I know two people personally that work there Alisha Combs and Alexa Baker they put forth they're best effort everyday and are remarkable at the work and effort they put in I highly recommend eating here if you want fast food and your in Powell County I have never went there and wasn't satisfied with the food I use to go by there every morning and sometimes during the day.“

“I’ve never been to Hardee’s as they don’t have them where I live. Yesterday I had the misfortune of my car breaking down and ended up in their parking lot. I went inside to get some food and drinks for my family. They were so kind and one of their employees helped make recommendations as to where to have my car fixed. They gave us water cups for my dogs and said we could sit inside if we wanted while we waited for a tow for several hours. Very pleasant experience and great service.“

“I've not had any issues that wasn't fixed immediately. It's a standard Papa John's as far as taste.If you want to order by phone (when the app/site has issues), select to speak to a manager, if you select to place an order you will be sent to a call center. The call center has always messed up (once not even finalizing the order to be sent to the store), and then the store fixes things for me.Selecting to speak to the manager usually gets me to a non manager (like I want). I state first that I don't need a manager and just want to place an order. They are always friendly about this.Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free crust, it's actually really good. I usually don't like frozen ones that are gluten free.“

“This location has literally ruined me on going to any other Dairy Queen. I live out of town, was just passing through, and it was fantastic. It puts every other one to shame. The food was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection. It was crazy how good it was, lol. The girls working were very friendly as well.“

“As much as I appreciate they are there and open it's a little on the slow side and maybe 15% of the time something is left out. A dressing for a salad, juice for my sons kids meal etc. Nothing big but still a little frustrating and having to go back with isn't really worth it.“

“Stopped here on the way to Red River Gorge and ordered something a little complicated. Order was filled right, workers specifically labeled shakes with a C or a J in chocolate drizzle too differentiate the chocolate shake from the jamocha shake. Cashier gave good suggestions about the gorge and fun trails to take. Customer service was appreciated and honestly much better than I expected.“

“Extremely friendly staff! We stopped for breakfast this morning and had placed a mobile order for a chicken biscuit. The woman working the drive thru informed us that it would be another 7 minutes before the chicken would be ready so we opted to get a sausage biscuit instead. She ended up giving us 2 sausage biscuits and 2 hash browns for the trouble. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely friendly and went above and beyond.“
