I'm not sure about all the negative reviews. I've ordered twice in the past couple months. The pizza arrives hot and delicious. The service has been above and beyond. Both times it arrived before they said it would. I was in the shower and heard the dog going off. All I could think was, I am so glad that I tipped when I ordered.
