Worst customer service. My order had a chilli, they did not have any spoons. They didn't bother sharing that with me until I asked for one for my chilli. They suggested I use cracker, a coffee cup. I asked for my money back for only the chilli. I pointed out that the cashier should have established that, during the purchase to the manager. I established to the manager you can buy spoons everywhere. She responded flippant and I was repeatedly bantered by one of the other employees that it wasn't the end of the world. I have found shotty service like that will eventually close another poorly run restaurant.

Me and my family ate their and on several times that me and mom saw a taller grey hair person rub and sorta stroke the female workers. He looked like 60 and they looked like in highschool. THIS IS NOT

Looking for a new salad place. Last two times, I have been disappointed with my Pecan apple salad at Wendy's. Use to be the bomb but now they seem made ahead of time. Lettuce showing age. Apple pieces stained with the color of cranberry. No Thanks. You can do better, Wendy's.

I normally do not give 5 stars, however I normally do not eat Wendy's. The spicy nacho chicken sandwich. It was recommended to me, by help from the young man cooking this evening. I specifically asked him to help me decide. I got a heart shaped chicken patty which was a big deal. The food was great. The staff was relaxed and friendly. It was clean. I wish that I could post pictures of my heart shaped chicken patty. It was huge and perfect.

I have dined in this Wendy’s multiple times and for the most part, have had a good experience. I have a large family and it’s a great spot for us to all sit down at one place. It seems as though every time I dine in at this Wendy’s there is a particular employee that always seems to cause problems.On multiple occasions there has been this same employee that lacks serious professionalism and radiates disrespect to not only me and my children but clearly disrespects her peers as well. I have watched her treat the staff with disrespect by yelling at them, calling them names etc. I have even seen her come to work in slippers and a robe and go behind the counter not in uniform.The first few times i have witnessed this behavior I have let it go. My family and I dine at Wendy’s multiple times a week and she never fails to amaze me with her lack of professionalism and cleanliness.If you dine at this Wendy’s please keep an eye out for a thin woman most likely in her early thirties. Who is usually in the back I think making sandwiches.She is extremely disgusting and I would prefer her to never touch my food again.

They stood around at the cash register and was playing around and never asked to take our order until I said something atmosphere was filthy not a good experience on that

Stopped in the drive thru this morning and ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich with potato fries ): the service was quick but the food on the other hand was not right , I was missing the sandwich and it was replaced with 2 sides of potato fries ): I later realized and tried calling the establishment with no answer after 15-20 phone calls
