Waitress friendly but not good service. I had to go get up and ask for steak sauce. Didn't come back after meal served to check if everything ok. The MAIN complaint we had was the Men's restroom my was horrible. My husband went to restroom and came back physically ill. We did report the issue to 2 different employees hopefully it was reported. This has been neglected for a while. No checks periodically or it would not have looked and smelled and had to walk through urine cause then it was carried through the restaurant.

My food was good . However my husband ordered the Philly cheese and he had to send it back. Looked like the beef in it was from leftover yesterday and tasted like it also . So he sent it back got a cheeseburger which was good.

Terrible..Special birthday .The 2 for $28 steak supposed to be well done .Came twice still with blood running out .Mgr gave us chicken finally but they changed us same price as steaks equals $3.00 more.We complained and they fixed.Server was very empathetic and courteousWe can't go back and in Florida we liked your locations .Another time in Brampton Canada we received free meal for a bad experience .All they did was give us one birthday Blondie full size

Steak was cold and had a rotten like smell! Everything was covered in grease, it was literally pooled on the plate! Waitress even noticed it and apologized. Management came over and took it away and I ordered a salad…. This ordeal has possibly turned me into a vegetarian! Terrible food, but nice employees!
