Don't come here. Fully staffed. We waited 14 minutes on front of the line at the counter and no one acknowledged us or took our order. They stared at the screens and piddled. They get one star for atmosphere because the restrooms and lobby were clean.

the service sucks,, the kid that took our order walked to the back and got on his phone, He was told by the manager to get off the phone. didn"t help,, order got lost in the wind.

This was a very nice restaurant. It was clean; the food was fresh and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The bathroom was the cleanest fast food bathroom I’ve ever seen. If the dinning area had been full, I’d have had no problem eating in there- it was that clean! I had their Jamocha shake with my meal and their Reece cookie-they were wonderful.

This was a real nice Arby's. They were decorated for Halloween. I ordered Smokehouse Brisket with extra sauce on the side because i never have enough at my local Arby's. Buy this one was slathered in bbq sauce. It was sloppy and soooooo good. We spoke with the manager who was so nice. Great place to eat.

I went there for happy hour and got in line at 4:35 with 4 people in line before me. The lady was so slow that I didn't think I would get the happy hour price. I leaned over and said please hurry because you are going to make the rest of us miss it! I barely made it! I also ordered regular priced items as well. All of my beef and cheddar sandwiches were a mess. The cheese was on the wrapper instead of the sandwich and it had so much Arby's sauce on them that the bread was soggy. There was not very many jalapeños on my jalapeño sliders.
