This Hardees single-handedly ruined the loves.. Worst people I have ever met. Your standard on employees has definitely dropped.. I will never come back here again. Because I do not appreciate being yelled and screamed at by a bunch of low life teenagers Just because I asked why did they put too much mayonnaise on my burger. It was literally a mccumshot When you pay over $15 for a burger and fries you expect it to be good, not pure mayonnaise.And the pier audacity of them to scream at me over it. I have attitude adjusted people for less. They wouldn't even give me my $15 back. The sandwich was Inedible.

The gentleman named Rei was awesome. Amazing attitude, chatted with the guests, asked plenty of questions about our orders. Amazing worker, deserves a raise.

My wife and I ordered two number ones. We were given our cups and our number. We got our drinks and sat down. Several people came in after us and ordered takeout and got served right away. The place was practically empty and there wasn't much drive through traffic. After what seemed like a long wait a manager walked out and wanted to know why we had been sitting there forever with no food, or had we finished eating?? We said no and gave her our receipt. She apologized to us and assured us we'd have our food right away. Then she brought it to us and gave us free apple pies. Thankfully the burgers were delicious, but it seems like the last several times we've eaten at various locations there is some issue. We keep trying because Hardee's used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but we're almost done with them. The manager gets five stars. I give Hardee's two and one of them is for nostalgia's sake.

Young man working late night shift was absolutely amazing. It’s nice to have such great customer service, while we waited for our food you could see him cleaning and staying busy. Polite, friendly and over all just a great young man. Hope he sees this because just an excellent worker any employee would love to have. Reven was his name (can’t be certain on spelling).

Burger was dry and old around the edges, yet dripping with grease with old, hard bun. Cheese had some weird, crusty objects in it. Employees were friendly & prompt, fries were hot & fresh, but with that terrible of a sandwich, I wouldn't go back.

Bryan from night shift helped me a lot I had a problem with my order drove 30 minutes home found out it was wrong and he fixed it with no problem he deserves a raise or some type of acknowledgment for the outstanding worker he is he was Very polite and very understanding if it wasn’t for him I would’ve gave a one star
Food is always wrong. Always have to wait on them in the drive thru when the restaurant has like 2-3 cars in the parking lot. Most of them all are rude. The big manager dude told us to get TF out of his drive thru after asking about a burger deal. I guess he don't allow laughing in his drive thru ? To at your own risk. I'd go to the next town for one.

Stood at the front counter for 7 minutes waiting to place my order , while there was 3 employees in the back showing each other whatever on their phones. Said "Hello?" In a loud enough volume that anyone back there could hear me (no joke they was about 7-8 feet away). The 2nd time I yelled "hey!" So loud that an employee from the loves came over to try and help me.
