Waited in drive thru over 30 minutes to talk to a worker who obviously did not know the menu. The lady who took my order and pay was more concerned about berating her coworker over napkins in the bag than she was double checking her orders because my food was completely wrong, not even close to what I ordered. Disappointing.

I normally don’t post reviews but this one I couldn’t pass up… upon arriving… you immediately notice how dirty it is inside the restaurant… I understand it can’t be spotless all the time but every single table was filthy… I had to clean my own table for me, my husband and kids to sit at…while we were telling them our order… they literally didn’t have the spicy double dippers, liver or gizzards, didn’t have salt or ranch… literally everything we asked for and the whole reason we went…. Took 30 minutes to get our order and there wasn’t many people there to begin with… when we got our food… my chicken was slimy… and not that crispy… so the only thing I ate was the wedges… I didn’t take my food back because there was another lady that had found something in her food that she was dealing with at the moment… I hadn’t eat there in years… and I was craving it so bad… it use to be so good… definitely won’t be back unless they get new management to teach their workers on what they need to be doing… and the correct way… very disappointing…

I waited 20+ minutes (which made me late for work) just to be handed gizzards that are so cold, hard, and salty that I can't eat them. They are so bad I wouldn't even feed them to my dog.

Seems to be they cannot get the right type of chicken and the particular pieces you want in your order. Then when we get home 25 miles round trip and go to eat, you have the wrong food. And they expect you to drive it back to them that same day for a replacement and with the cost of gas that's not easy to do. And this is not the first time we have had this problem. More like the last 5 times. And they said they were turning in the complaint to higher up people, but no response from them.

Had to wait in the drive thru a very long time. Then when I did reach the window, they told me it would be another 20 minutes before our food was done. Parked outside, still waiting 35 minutes later. My sister went in to check on them. They had it already ready and bagged. Don't know what they were waiting for, to bring it to me.

This is probably the worst Lees I have ever been to. We stood at the counter waiting about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Even then, we were just told " Someone will be with you"... the workers all seemed like they hated being there.That was also evident in how filthy the store was. I should have just left but my hubby loves Lees, and we dont have any close to home. .We got our food from the only descent worker, which is the one prepping food and carrying out the orders. Food was alright.While dining, the drive thru worker , a maybe 17 year old boy with dark hair and a huge chip on his shoulder, starts hollering how "omg the police officer who pulled (him) over is in the drive through" as he continued to gloat about his experience and carry on vs doing anything useful.It was embarrassing, really. I feel bad for the officer and sure hope his meal was ok. We were just amazed how no one working, except the one girl from the back, who was straighening up the sauces and restocking things, seemed like it was important to clean up anything, do any work, as most the tables were filthy, floors even worse as was the drink station. There was literally a baggie and a pudding cup sitting by the counter that the workers all walked past. Pitiful.
