Let me say GLUTEN FREE! first and foremost. I was so excited to see they had options I could eat. And everything we had was most excellent. Huge Rack of ribs, ho cakes, cheese curds. And our bill was only $41 whoa so cheep. Madison was our server she was the best. Owner Barry came and talked to us also. We will drive 3 hours to eat here.

This was our first visit and it was an awesome experience. It was lunchtime when we arrived and there were so many cars that I was afraid that there would not be any seating. I was surprised to find there was plenty of tables open! It's almost like it was bigger on the inside than it was on the outside (reference to Doctor Who if there are sci-fi fans reading this).Bottom line is That it was an awesome experience all around. Highly recommended!

We always like to find local restaurants to eat at, and when possible. While passing through Corbin, KY, we were ready for lunch. I read reviews for Smokey Bear’s BBQ & Grill and let me tell you….they didn’t disappoint!! Our server Shanna S was wonderful. Provided suggestions and tentative to drink refills, etc. Folks, the food was sooo good. We also bought their BBQ sauce. Bill totaled $31 for both my husband and I.

Smokey Bears has always been a favorite in our house. Especially now that it’s the only restaurant nearby I can have a fully gluten free meal and not feel like I’m missing out. They even offer house made gluten free croutons!!! I have celiac and they do have a shared fryer, but I haven’t had any issues. Not all items are fried so they still have a very comprehensive celiac safe menu. Great food, wonderful staff.
The food was awful. My burger was as dry as a saltine cracker and my first refill came as a to-go cup. My wife's brisket was severely overcooked and flavorless, and half of her pulled pork serving was a fist-sized chunk of fat. I have never in my life cooked a brisket, and I guarantee I could do better on my first try. Absolutely pitiful and a dishonor upon the animals sacrificed for the meal.
