Once again another south eastern Kentucky dinner of someone else’s order. People wonder why they can’t get a good job. Paid 25 bucks for sandwich I threw out and literally the dogs wouldn’t eat it.

The food was served correctly and tasted great, just as you would expect at Subway. They're soda was a little bit flat the day I visited, but, I've been here before, and it was fine before. The surface wasn't particularly friendly, but was not unfriendly. Overall, great place!

Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich didn’t come with my banana peppers, pickles, pepper jack cheese and they sprinkled pepper on it when I didn’t order that they slapped onion on it when I didn’t order that on my sandwich either and it was cold & sloppy wouldn’t recommend! I even tried calling 4 times and no answer after a long day I come home looking forward to eating this and AWFUL!!

Went at 10pm and stayed in the lobby for 20 minutes. The girl said she would be out from the back but never came out (Feb 16th 2023)

They never have their phones working to correct errors and always have an issue when you come in and wait for your mobile order to be done.
The bacon on our subs was not cooked. We had to cook it ourselves at home.

First time at this location and I just witnessed a Post-Pandemic miracle. There was an adequate amount of employees working tonight - Sat Oct 1st. One was cleaning the drink machine station, 3 others were making orders and helping ring customers out quickly, and 1 looked like he was taking his well-deserved break while the rest of the crew held down the fort. I think there was actually a couple in the back, too! Also, dining room clean and food counter was well stocked and looked fresh. Friendly service. Great job!
