Seems like they are lacking in correctly putting together to go orders. Food is decent. Clean. But if you want Mexican food I would say go to a real Mexican restaurant.
Very friendly employees. I usually use the app. A few times they have forgot an item. Usually forget to put my sauces in the bag. But food is good.

after waiting a bit to finally get waited on our food was not that good. we were already gone so most ended up in the trash. we live in harlan county so hard to turn back around to take the food back.

Its incredible how shamelessly lazy the closing crew is here. Management just doesn't care or something? It's impossible to get something here after 1am even tho it's posted everywhere they're open until 2. It seems they more or less just close whenever they feel like It. Your met with blank aimless stares or outright ignored when pulling to the window to ask what's going on. Good luck getting something to eat here after work late at night.

Young lady in the drive thru was very polite. I was with 2 adult men and we all agree hands down, the best Taco Bell we've ever ate! Fresh, hot and not one ingredient was skimmed or too much!
