Stop in this afternoon, for a bite to eat with my husband, and I never thought I see Taco Bell like I did today, I love taco Bell but today they went beyond RUDENESS!! For one are order was all wrong , sloppy and was put together like it was thrown and tossed around , Second. I went to let them know that my order was wrong and being polite, has I was standing there waiting there was Man and women standing in line . They asked for two of the cups that had come with the meal I know 20 times or so no one even paid attention, so I reached over and did give them two cups and that's when they noticed and the rudest nastiest Girl came up and took the cups away from the counter, as she looked right at the people asking for help and them saying excuse me excuse me she kept walking and she heard them I spoke up and told the older guy I. The back that those two needed waited on and then have been there for awhile and that it was unprofessional and rude. I mean if I had employees to act like that they would be fired or unrestriction It's unacceptable and it's just not right they Yes I get it they're a bad days blah blah blah but you're never rude to a customer like that It was so rude I will never be back to that Taco Bell ever again. They need to brush up on work ethic kindness and respect also how Todo do there job. The girl shouldn't ever be allowed to serve or even be a employee as of right now so disappointedKid-friendliness: Kids can sit and eat with there family and enjoy our doorsWheelchair accessibility: Easy access, and easy to enter and leave

I can say without a doubt, that this is the best tacobell location in Corbin, hands down. We usually get our food as take-away, so naturally the experience is different than going into the lobby. At the drive-through, the staff has always been polite, and our orders have always been made as fresh as possible (depending on how backed up they are or if they're short staffed). The food has always been good, with a lot of care put into the presentation when first unwrapping each item. Nothing ever looks "thrown together" in an effort to push orders out as quickly as possible. I really appreciate that kind of quality and thoughtfulness....To put it mildly, We go out of our way to go this Taco Bell location instead of the one at CFH in Corbin, because you can actually "see" that the food is better, the service and staff is better, and all of the employees there greet you with a professionalism and pleasant demeanor that the other Corbin location lacks.

I get off work at around 10pm everynight and most of the time I’ll get Taco Bell, everytime without fail I’m treated with the best 10/10 customer service I’ve ever seen and it’s always by an employee named Elijah! He’s a pretty cool dude and a hard worker. Give him a raise or make him a manager.

Tacos tasted like they'd been sitting out all day with an overwhelming sour grease smell. Inedible. Service was friendly about getting a refund, so that gives them a star.
