I used to love Wendy's Burgers. This visit I ordered a double with cheese, seems like the Bun is getting larger and the beef patties are getting smaller. "Where's the Beef!"

The absolute worst Jr bacon burger I have ever tasted. I spit it out after the first bite . The tomato was pure mush. I tried to call n complain no one answered . I will never go to this Wendy's again.

The accuracy is usually pretty spot on at this store.admittedly the managers at this establishment are always very snarky. Especially the rose lady. As a matter of fact because of her being so nasty all the time , we always got the the one on the falls road. Im also not fond of the tall, mid to early 30’s.. brown short haired gentleman that has been working up front recently. He is VERY arrogant. Last week I asked him if he could get me napkins and he scoffed and said he had a hard day and i wasn't making it better. Then, I was in hurry and told him . He said that “ if I hurry for you then he will hurry the rest of the day “and said he's not paid enough for that. I can take rudeness. Its fine. But the way he was rude to this blind gentleman was not necessary. He kept holding up his fingers to be sarcastic. It just was not necessary. The sweet lady that was getting the food together felt so bad for him (the blind man) that she directed him away . Why is it always this store that has such rude employees. ? It would be nice to go to this one . Since I work next door. But the stinky attitudes i will continue to travel.

Wendy's is good, and they are a very clean, quite place to take the whole family. I really like it....you can't leave without getting a smoothie, soooo good!! ??
This Wendys has the rudest workers I've ever encountered ? wouldn't even let me get a question out before cutting me off. And the workers behind him was making rude comments about other customers about them asking questions and wanting extra crackers they just threw them at the

I rarely eat fast food, but I had a really good chicken sandwich, and the fries were really good.
Came to get lunch was told a wait on baked potatoes was 15 minutes. Which we was ok with. They went ahead and give us everything but our potatoes wish they would have waiting for them to give us them for our other food. Waited twenty minutes still no potatoes had to have my daughter go asked about them and turns out they had forgot about us and instead of bring the potatoes out like we was told we had to get up and get them and wasn't told they was sitting there lucky we was watching for them

Food was good after getting home. While I was in line inside, I experienced that the woman named Gladys did not have gloves on while handling food. She also put a receipt in her mouth and put it in the bag. Everything on my receipt was correct except for 4pc. nugget and junior fries for my son. Health guidelines and speed of service needs to step up cause I used to work in a fast food environment. Hope this helps customers and give pointers to the business.

It's okay. Better than McDonald's. They do try at Wendy's. Only real issues I've had are cold fries and a little bit of racism, that's it. I'm trying to get North Corbin McDonalds shut down, the managers eat in the food prep areas, the cooks vape to ridiculous degrees, the place is filthy.

Food was not great. Got a classic chicken sandwich, it tasted like dry cardboard with wilted black lettuce on it. The manager comped us a couple frosties for the bad food. Won't order that again!
