Rented an igloo 3 weeks in advance. Received a text and 2 emails confirming our reservation leading up to the date. Arrived on time and we're told there was a mistake and we could not do the igloo. Hung around the brewery for a bit but was not the afternoon we had anticipated.

Amazing beer.I had an issue with a couple of 15-packs of beer that I purchased… sent a quick email to alert of the issue. Not really seeking anything. Thought I’d get an apology and maybe a small response. They blew me away with care to resolve my issue, explained how it likely happened, apologized and all!Top notch, Braxton. Top notch.

We went when the weather was 21 degrees at night and the igloos were not warm at all some of them were broken I asked for a refund I didn't get one was told there wasn't a manager

Seems silly to be charged $35 for a reservation, but that value doesn't go towards your bill. An expensive piece of plastic - other locations have these without a fee, would recommend those.

Being unfamiliar with your brewery, we had 2 people drinking an NA beer and didn't know it. Would have been helpful if the rooftop bartender had mentioned that. Otherwise, all the employees were very nice and we really enjoyed the evening!

The place is different from others: really cozy and private, you can do both - romantic night out or company meet there. Personally myself don't care much about food and drinks but - if you or your SO would like to get a steak or seafood - that's not a olace to go: only basic pizza and breads are available. Bottomline - the place is only for having a good time with decent food - not more than that

Great spots, great beer, great rooftop
We had 8 in our igloo and had a blast. The bar upstairs is open with a dedicated person for the rooftop and food is ordered on your phone and they bring it to you. The igloos are cozy, cute, and warm with a heater. Also able to open zippered windows in the igloo, if needed. They have portable speakers you can plug into for music. Braxton staff could not have been nicer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First of all, the beer is stellar. They have something available for every taste. Second, the atmosphere is just as good as the beer. From the taproom downstairs to the loft and rooftop bars, the space is comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, you can order from Dewy's next door. They will bring a piping hot pizza right to you without ever having to leave the brewery, what's not to love about that? It's a real treat to visit Braxton for an evening out.

I am livid. I met a friend at Braxton recently & there was one high top available but it had glasses and plates on it so I asked the bartender if it was available and she said yes. She stood there two feet from me looking right at me chatting with a co-worker as I placed the dirty glasses on the bar, then I got a paper towel and wiped down the dirty table. Meanwhile six or seven co-owners / managers stood around in a circle chatting. I thought I'd give them another chance. There were a total of five customers in the restaurant, I was one of two at the bar. Same group of owners managers whatever standing around talking in the same little corner. I tried for several minutes to get the attention of the bartender & he was over talking to the other employees. The woman he was talking to, a manager, finally noticed me trying to get his attention and gave me a very mean look like I was interrupting her precious time. And you charge $10 for a mediocre glass of wine? Appalled. The guys that started this business have been very successful, and I know firsthand they have treated the people that helped get them there terribly. Shame on them. Can't believe they think this is the way to run a business

A little pricey for what you get, which is basically self-service drink & food. But the environment is fun. They've improved the heating inside the igloos, which makes a big difference. I have to agree that a helpful improvement would be incorporating some sort of heating lamp/device at the outdoor bar while ordering and retrieving drinks.

The rooftop igloos were amazing. Such a cute idea. Loved it. Great views of the city. Bar staff was helpful and friendly. I visited from Florida and will definitely come back.

The people that run this are awesome! The Garage beer is delicious, I hope to try more when I get the opportunity (I live a few states away). Had a small issue once and not only did they make good on it but went above and beyond. If I'm ever in the area I'm definitely stopping in for a beer. Cheers!
