I downloaded this whole app and made an account just to leave this review because I hate this chipotle so much. We got all the way home and found our bag of chips had literally 15 chips in it. We drove all the way back to get a new bag and they wouldn't give us a refund if we wanted a new bag of chips. This company used to give a full refund if you even frowned while eating, and they're nickel and diming over a bag of chips when we just want what we paid for initially after having to drive all the way back. They never listen when asking for light sour cream. They always do normal sour cream. This place is always disappointing and it's the worst. customer service ever.

Best Chipotle I've ever been to. They are friendly and consistent. When I do mobile orders, they always get it right, never forget anything, and it's the best tasting in the TriState. Everything is always perfect and fresh tasting. The vibes are good, too. Employees greet you. It's clean, and there's never anything crazy going on in there.
The people that work here barely give you any meat they don't even give you a full scoop of it. I love Chipotle but I was suggest going to a different

The food was good, pretty standard. Frustrating as this is the closest location to my home about a mile away and literally every occasion that we go they are missing at least an item or two. In this case missing chips tomato salsa and black beans. Coming from a vegetarian perspective when we order, missing three of the seven items that we typically order is frustrating. I wouldn't even leave a review if it weren't for the fact that it happens nearly every time we are there. The staff was fine and I'm assuming a gentleman who is a manager running the entire line by himself deserves a raise!

Kudos to this location staying open until 11pm! I work service industry aswell and this is a lifesaver compared to all the other options.(all fast food)If you go there like me past 10pm you should tip these guys staying there late! Do the right thing.

It was ok, the one poor guy was doing the whole line by himself. One cashier and a few people doing prep. When I was a manager I taught my employees to be versatile. Store was clean and will eat here or takeout again. With one other person helping, could of been a 5 star!
