The girl tonight was there the last time I was and she clearly hates talking to customers and is borderline rude. I thought I was overthinking it but my daughter even commented on it. “Golden Hands Bakery is filled with masterpieces of deliciousness. Ron and I stopped in today for an Opening Day Donut for a home run review! My Apple fritter was crispy on the outside and moist and power packed with cinnamon and apples on the inside. Ron’s sticky bun was sticky and Carmel coated with pecans and cinnamon. “What a gem of a donut shop! The shop is really cute, tucked into a quiet corner of Norwood. I was thrilled to choose 12 varieties today and my coworkers loved every one of them. I had the citrus marmalade, so tangy and unusual, and the marmalade is made in house! The chefs father was manning the counter and he was really kind and knowledgeable. They have monthly special flavors, which are very unusual and delicious. Highly recommend! I’m looking forward to becoming a regular customer!“

Very impressed with the food!The piece they need to keep improving is the speed of the operation. Seemed short staffed and/or just a bit slow. Several waiting around for their orders. “Cool donut shop! I stopped by there this morning to get 4dz for a meeting. The mini donuts are amazing. Not as big as a traditional one but big enough to satisfy the sweet tooth. I got the disco dozen to have a variety. The apple pie donut was the staff's absolute favorite! So yummy! I was my first time at Peace Love and I wasn't aware that the staff makes the donuts to order. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and didn't mind, but I will definitely call ahead next time.“
“These donuts will make you do a jig as soon as you take a bite, fresh & delicious . I'm almost embarrassed to admit that this is my first time here, obviously a Cincinnati staple. The owner says they go quickly but suggests coming right at 6 a.m. when they are right out of the oven. Can't wait to get more of these donuts. Just a good, old school, classic donut.“
“The poor gal working was the only employee for today. She was apologetic, explained the situation, and proceeded to do a fantastic job serving all the customers. The donuts and pastries are superb. Need a fruit cake for Xmas? They have freshly made fruitcakes for sale. They also had bread. I have not tasted their fresh bread, but if it's anything like the donuts, pastries, fritters, etc. then it has to be delicious. They've been in the area as long as I can remember...there's a reason for that.“

“Emerson's made our wedding cake and did an awesome job. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious .The delivery driver was so sweet and caring. He called me to tell me they had to use 2 plates for the top layer so we needed to be careful not to bump the table. He even sent me a picture of the cake after he set it up. Great customer service from your driver.“
“We used Moonrise Doughnuts for our wedding instead of getting cake. This was the BEST decision I think I've ever made. Those donuts were absolutely amazing. I worked with Gary on the planning and it was a breeze. He was knowledgeable and able to give me any information I needed. He was also great because there was some confusion on who was going to pick up the donuts and at what time the day of the wedding, and he told me to give his number to my coordinator and they would make it happen. It was so nice to not have to stress about how it was all going to work!My guests still talk about those donuts. They were absolutely DELICIOUS! We got four different flavors, The Homer, glazed, cinnamon sugar, and a lemon iced. The lemon was a HUGE hit. I'm pretty sure my dad dreams about them regularly. “This place is okay. Drive thru is great, but the inside ordering is a night mare. I suggest if you have more than 5 people waiting at the end of the bar, you need to pause order taking and get them cleared. An older man and his kid were waiting for their food/drink longer than I was. They also did not call out my drink when it was ready… some people did but the person who handed out my drink did not. It would be great to put a name on inside orders so you can just call a name and m what they ordered. I know it gets busy, but this leaves everyone else less confused and your line moving.“
“Coffee and food is always hot and fresh, but I usually have hear employees talking very loudly when I walk in. Usually bad mouthing other employees, talking about other customers, or their plans for the weekend. It almost makes you feel like you are interrupting them when you walk through the doors. If I don't order ahead I usually come second to whatever conversation is happening.Parking: Only a few parking spots, so if they're busy you might have to park on the opposite side of the building“
“By far the best donuts I’ve ever got at a Dunkin’ Donuts. All the other Dunkin’ Donuts around here ruin them when they try to finish the product at the store and the people that work there know what I’m talking about. They try to put the glaze on them once they’ve been in the store and it ruins them. They’re nothing like they should be. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts is consistent and the personnel there are fantastic no reason they should have anything but a five star rating for anything other than their location is kind of difficult. “They have the best donuts by far in Northern Kentucky I go there every Saturday morning hoping to see the little old ladies that are there and get donuts for my grandkids, my husband and I it's our Saturday tradition. They are always nice and fresh and those women are amazing“
