Welcoming and wonderful Employees! Skylin made my Iced Coffee quick and it was delicious! I did not catch the woman that took my order, but she was also lovely and super sweet! Whoever trained them did a well job!

Charged 58 cents plus tax for one (1) cup of water. Water came with ice in it & receipt said ice water. Not sure this was the chain or being in northern KY. Wisconsin restaurants typically don't charge for water.

There is such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to this store! The people working there make you feel as if you’ve known them forever. High quality food and service! I love my crescent springs dunkin!!

Updating my review from a few years ago... TERRIBLE. I usually go to the one on 42 in Florence but this one is right next to my house, so started going if I needed coffee in a hurry some mornings. Gave them 3 chances but it was always gross. I get a med iced with 4 skim, 4 Splenda, 4 mocha. Could tell they weren't putting it all in or their pumps were super small. So today I ordered 5/5/5 through app hoping it would be drinkable. Nope. Done wasting my time and money on this location.Original review* Okay sometimes. Very iffy a lot of times on whether coffee will be drinkable or not.
I came in this morning and ordered 2 small butter pecan frozen drinks. The coffee was very strong and kinda watery. The girl and mentioned to the other employee that the machine has been making the drinks liquid. She kept adding ice to it I get the drinks all the time. This has been the worst.

I LOVE making this Dunkin a part of my commute each week! The workers are always moving so fast, and the best part is that they’re always smiling, no matter how many people are in their dining room! Cassie is always super helpful when I pick out my donuts. Alexis, the GM, loves her job, you can tell! My son also loves the ice cream from the Baskin right there too! Will continue coming here every morning!
