I always bragged and said this was the best chicken! so disappointed! skin usually my favorite but so tough could break a tooth! chicken was so dry had to spit it out! I give no stars! How this store stays open is surprising! I give one star because the wedges was only good thing!!!!

One of the few chicken places that sells baked chicken instead of just fried. It was spiced just right and juicy. Service was fast and friendly enough. The location is right across from the downtown Covington location of the Kenton County Library, which is a plus.

I decided to head to Kentucky for a little drive. Picked up dinner and headed home. We got an 8 piece meal with macaroni salad. I ordered the original recipe, but when we got home, it was crispy. I don't care for the coating of the crispy, but the chicken itself was good. I haven't had the macaroni salad in a long time, but it seemed like it was missing something. Maybe they changed the recipe. The pasta itself was good.Parking: Tons of parking.

Was treated very rude and messed up order and manger is rude
Worst experience to date. Arrived and stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and had to address the employees to see if they were even open. Once our order was taken we asked about the bathrooms being open, they said not right now. An employee opened the women’s bathroom and upon going in the toilet still had leftovers from the last person. Absolutely disgusting! The roughly 8 year old boy who took our order forgot the sauces and when we asked for them he tried to charge for them a second time! Once we sat down we tried to have the Bengal game put in and we were told that she could try to have them change it that apparently it plays 24hours behind….which in fact the tv was playing the Live Steelers vs. 49ers game. Lastly I waited at the counter for another 10 minutes for honey packets!! Sunday Funday is for those who don’t work, not to mention just because the shift before you didn’t take care of business doesn’t mean you can treat customers this way!!!Whack and I am not a Karen one I’m Mexican, this is BULL, and truth.

Extremely disgusting, dirty and ghetto. The person didn’t offer me any sauce. I came inside to ask for some and he proceeded to argue with me about sauce saying I needed to pay for it as if I just didn’t order chicken. He wouldn’t even give me ketchup lol. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I doubt it. If he is he looks like he uses and looked high at the time hahaha. Trifling.

Did not open on time. Pulled up to window and lady gave me attitude and told me to pull back around. As I was driving off an employee shouted at me to "have a shi*y day!". I will never go back there, and I recommend that nobody else does either. Employees there are rude and totally unprofessional.
