This McDonald’s has to be one of if not the worst McDonald’s there is. The younger kids that work there are flat out disrespectful and they don’t care at all. I’m standing there waiting on my food there’s a woman and her toddler daughter waiting on her food she was ahead if me but kids working standing there with kids that are already off just cursing and carrying on like don’t u see this kid and isn’t this a family place come on. They do not hold them accountable cuz I guess it’s so hard to het help these days but I refuse to ever go back to this McDonald’s ever again they want all this money to do there job yet act like there job is so hard and your inconveniencing them if u have a big order. If you go around 2-3 it’s a huge hang out spot for people that work there but are off they need to rename this place to the Covington circus.

Update 1 year later. No improvement, actually probably worse. Drive three line took more than 30 minutes, my order was not prepared when doing pick up thru the McDonald’s app, the cashier registered my order, confirmed it, the. After waiting at the window 20 minutes I was given the wrong items, only for them to tell me they didn’t “see” my order. The told me to pull up as well as 2 other cars which caused a jam trapping me in. The staff don’t care. The food just so happen to be hot and taste ok because it was prepared on the spot. This place need new management new employees, new ownersI understand these people probably don’t get paid enough to care. But the drive they order taker was just rude, short, and not helpful. I’m going to Wendy’s.

Ordered 25 bucks worth of food. And didn't get any of my fries. And when came back through was told I never ordered any.. 2 mc doubles lrg coke. 6 piece nugget didn't cost 25.. come on.

This McDonalds managed to go from any other to the downright worst I’ve ever been to in the span of an hour. I showed up to get some food, going through the drive-thru, and ended up waiting for a half-hour while they took at least ten customers in the other line that arrived after they greeted me and told me to wait. I had to drive around the parking lot and go to the other line just to have my order taken. It took five minutes for them to take my order, and then didn’t waste any time in pulling me and making me wait even longer, not to mention telling me to park in a spot that required me to circle building again just to safely park. Most of the time, this is a decent if somewhat slow place to get food, but today was just downright terrible and completely unacceptable. The only redeeming quality is that the food was still its usual quality, but that doesn’t excuse the rest of the experience. To the Covington location, get your act together, McDonalds.

Ordered food on kiosk, girl handing out orders was nice. There was a gentleman cleaning the dinning area, but he clearly had his job cut out for him because the dinning area was very unclean. Food and crumbs all over the floor, tables and counters. Drink machine area was very dirty and sticky. Chairs needed cleaned too. There was an unpleasant smell in the air, like a garbage smell.I ordered a sandwich and fries. The meat on the sandwich was super salty. The fries were not fresh. Some of the employees had gloomy looks on their faces as they served customers. I didn't even want to use the bathroom. If the dinning area looks this unclean, I can only imagine what the bathroom looks like.I don't recommend this McDonald's as a great place to eat. Stay clear of it!

Satin drive thru 12 min......only to be told TO PULL UP AND FOOD WILL BE BROUGHT OUT!!!! All I ordered was a double cheeseburger bundle and a chicken nugget bundle. And I waited almost 20 minutes for it.
