The service was fast, the people were friendly, and the food was actually hot and fresh. It didn't taste like it had been sitting under heat lamps, or in a meat drawer, but rather that every part had been made to order. I'm sure it was probably just some kind of cosmic fluke where the planets all aligned in a Great Conjunction that made everything come out perfect (come to think of it, there WAS a solar eclipse), but it's worth a second visit.

Almost as ghetto as Bellevue. The heavy set colored lady at the register apparently can only communicate to coworkers by yelling, makes you stand at register for 10+ mins before even taking your order. She also speaks to customers very loud & ghetto. Repeating your order is a must, as well as talking slow, because she obviously doesn't understand simple orders or instructions. Lobby is filthy, bathrooms are even more filthy.

Only ordered 1 quarter pounder with cheese, it was garbage the whole top one was burnt there was barely any onion on it, hardly any ketchup or mustard the worst freaking sandwich ever.. ? I would love to share a picture but unfortunately they don't give you the option. And management or whoever I spoke with on the phone was sorry that I had a burnt sandwich.. bring it back, I'm already home with a blackened bun.. very unsatisfied.. service quick quality very poor!!

This has got to be the worst restaurant around here!!! The fries are always cold, my big Mac was cold and the meat was overcooked to the point that the edges were hard and the centerpiece of bread was only half a slice...! Absolutely unacceptable ?
