Then I called the store in the supervisor was getting very smart and very rude with me. pay whit a card I'm hoping that he put my money back on my car cuz if you do not I will be down there in the morning to get my money back or I will be calling corporate going over everybody head to get my money. That pizza place on Madison losing good business. Papa John's need real workers.

I did a carryout of the cheesy calzone pizza today. This is what it looked like. You couldn't even pick up the slices. They were so thin and the toppings were falling off. I called and the manager named Luis said he could only replace it if I brought it back. I asked how do you even serve pizza like that to people and his response was, "Well, sometimes some of them slip through the cracks." This pizza was so thin it could definitely slip through a crack ?I told him my kids had already started eating it. I didn't even know it was like that until I walked through and saw it and there was only two slices left. I will be contacting the GM and Corporate about this ridiculous excuse of a manager with very poor customer service skills. I order from there all of the time and have never gotten bad food until today. To ask for it to be replaced should not have been hard when they are the ones that failed.

Not just the worst papa johns I've been to but the worst pizza place in general I've been to. Ever. Idiot driver completely ignored the no contact then asked me if something was wrong as i tried to hold my dog to keep her from biting him and take the food at the same time. Part of order was missing entirely. Pizza was messed up from the drive and don't even get me started on those disgusting kitkat things which are really just dough dipped into some sort of sugar sauce. Messy and don't taste good, went straight into the trash. Paid $35 for nothing but aggravation and both the manager and corporate customer service ignored me completely. Never again. Done with the whole company.

The food I'm sure is fine but as far as the directions I was given completely bogus directions and had to find the place myself. So my complaint is for the directions I was given that caused me to have a violation on my door dash. Freaking bogus!!

I recently ordered from Papa John's and had a disappointing experience. The pizza arrived late, cold, and with toppings haphazardly distributed. The crust was overly greasy, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. Customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issues. Overall, not a satisfying pizza experience.

I ordered a pizza got home and the pizza was dry because it barely had pizza sauce on it. I called to complain they said they would remake it. Upon my arrival the manager opened the pizza box and smirked then said I thought you said it didn't have toppings I replied no it was dry so if it was remade the wrong way again I would like a refund. She then told me she was instructed not to give me a refund. At this point I'm not very happy with this whole situation. She then walled away very dismissive of me and mumbled ha a refund. So I asked who was the manager ant to my amazement it was her!! If I'm not happy with my food how can you refuse a refund and you have your food? I was told I would have to call during the week. Very rude and unprofessional!!

Last time we ordered, we called and the staff were super hateful about it, wouldn't fix it. Said the sauces were complimentary anyway, so we get what we get. Haven't ordered in a very long time because of it. This time though, food was fast and tasted good. Delivery driver was very friendly. Online ordering shouldn't allow you to choose your sauce if the store isn't going to send it.

Would have rated it 0 stars! The crust on the pizza was as hard as a rock and my bubba cracked one of his teeth trying to eat the crust. WE had to pay 100 dollars for a pizza but they only gave us 3 eaten slices with moldy 4 year old vegetables. Never eat at this place! What would you expect in OhioVegetarian options: NO vega even though Vegan teacher was thereKid-friendliness: not kid friendly, adults were always having wrestling and fistfights like WWE and UFC Fight NightParking: noWheelchair accessibility: Trash. No walkways for wheelchairsDietary restrictions: No lactose free pizzas, and my bubba got a ruptured spleen eating this pizza (Actually)

this papa john's always delivers my food fresh, hot, and quickly. the drivers are always nice. pizza has plenty of toppings and they always give a free garlic sauce, which is the best garlic sauce in the game. i have never gone to the store, but delivery service is on point

Normally I would give 4-5 stars but my experience last night was just AWFUL ? I ordered 2 of the papa bowls and boy they were the worst me and family has had since they've came out,usually they are worth the money last nights dinner barely had ANYTHING in them let alone the little bit that was in both bowls was burnt all the way around and the rest ya had to scrape off so we won't be ordering these anymore ?
