Sat at a table and waited on service. We were told she was outside taking a quick break and would be right with us. Watch the waitress come back inside and take care of everyone continuously and never helped us out for a drink or anything. Poor service and poor choice of hotel. 10/10 would not recommend hotel or restaurant.

Had the Spinach Wrap for breakfast and it was fabulous! They had a buffet but I opted to eat off the menu. (We travel quite a bit and I was tired of the same buffet menu).Servers were excellent, exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would go back for that breakfast wrap!

The only thing I enjoyed was the view. The service was terrible, my server, I don't know her name but chased me to the elevator because she didn't think I tipped enough for her. So she let my party know what I tipped at the elevator down the steps. Never experienced nothing like it. Won't ever be back!!!!!

The service was not the greatest. Theres was only a couple people in the place eating. We waited awhile for the food. Then after we were done eating it took awhile to get the check and To-go boxes after asking. After 30 minutes of waiting around for the check, the manager finally came out to give us the items. The food was alright, wasn't the best.

The waitress name allies was new but very professional service was a bit slow cause there only two people but they were at people beck and call drinks was great food was excellent and chefs came out and check on everything tooone of the best places I been since coming to Cincinnati oh

The stars are for the food only. I would give 0 stars for the service. Most of the food was good except the 1 pizza was very burnt. 2 people didn't get their meals and it took 30 min to get the server to even get back to tell her. Everyone else was finished by then and had shared their food to our hungry friends. We were a group of 8. A big group but not huge and we were the only ones eating in the whole place. Allie was our server. We weren't in a hurry cause we were watching the band but when we wanted to leave it took over an hour for her to get our checks straightened out and given to us. And after 5 hours! Yes you read that right we were there 5 hours and she couldn't get our bills straightened out in 5 hours! She says to the table, "you guys just need to be patient". I almost came out if my seat but I didn't say a word just like I hadn't said a word about it up to that point. She double charged us for several things(and refused to take off) and she under charged others by $40(which we pointed out and had her correct cause we aren't into ripping people off even if it is their own fault). That place has some great things going for it, the bar, the food, live music but if they don't figure out the service side they will never get repeat business. It wasn't just slow or bad service this was a horrible experience and unacceptable for a place of business.

Went to the fifth lounge this evening. Our bartender was great. The bar lighting is super cool! They have a great menu at great prices. Our bartender April was great. She was Super friendly, helpful and very quick with drinks. This is such a cool bar it's located inside the Radisson. They also have a nice sitting area to enjoy food and socialize.

Sat myself with my buddy and waited 10 minutes to be seen. Waitress was clueless and didn't even write down our order, long and behold my order came out wrong. Got food out before we even had silverware! Plus they tried charging us for my salad that came with my meal. Salmon overcooked, broccoli undercooked. Not pleased.
