Decided to try it (we are from out of town) wasn't too impressed. Service was fantastic. The bag some people have mentioned is a boil bag, not an uncommon way of cooking the food. I got the Cajun snow crab. All I could taste was garlic, probably due to the few tablespoons of garlic in the bag. I got 1 mini corn cob and a single small spud as my side. I was surprised when we were told the product was frozen (it's fresh where we live and we're further inland). Not a place I will be eager to go back to

My expectations were low, and somehow this place still managed to disappoint. I hate to tear down a small business, but this place is just bad. Everything here tastes like it comes out of the freezer and then goes directly into the microwave or a deep fryer. If you enjoy calamari, for the love of everything please do not order it here. The only thing worth eating was the seafood boil, which is offered with a choice of Cajun, garlic butter, lemon pepper seasonings and four levels of spiciness. Those strong flavors successfully masked the low quality of the seafood. The best thing I can say about the food is that no one got sick afterwards, which I attribute to the fact that they serve nothing fresh or raw. If you can't order it in bulk from Sysco, this place ain't got it.Did I mention that the service was slow? The waitress didn't know the menu and disappeared after the orders were taken for so long I had to get up from the table and go find her to get water refills. The 2nd star is only because they were at least friendly and welcoming. The interior and atmosphere are shabby and cheap. The space used to be an Outback Steakhouse, and it still looks like one on the interior, only rode hard and hung up wet. Between the entrance and our table there were no fewer than four signs reminding us that an 18% gratuity was added for parties of six or more. One member of my party remarked that at least it didn't smell like seafood inside. A seafood restaurant that doesn't smell like seafood? I'll leave it to you to decide if that's a good thing or not.

We went to Cincy Seafood for dinner and really enjoyed it. My husband and I split a seafood boil, mix all seasoning, medium heat. The flavor and quality were spot on but next time we'll try the XXX heat. Service was great.

We had a reservation and they forgot to seat us until we asked after 30 minutes; a server didn’t come until after we asked the host (another 20 minutes); our server was only at our table to take our order then deliver it (in a fist full of large plastic bags, like fish from a pet store); the level of garlic was disgusting; and finally, to get our bill to leave we had to dictate our order to the server item by item so he could make a bill. Food was mediocre and expensive, and the service was the worst I have ever had anywhere.

First time visit to Cincy Seafood was a slam dunk. Travis, the manager, greeted us and took us to our table. He answered our questions and was very nice. Kae, our server, was attentive and steered us in the right direction with our order. It was!’t too busy, on a Monday evening. Everything was clean and comfy. The food was fabulous and well priced. Ordered Combo #1- 1 lb snow crab legs, 1 lb headless shrimp, potatoes, corn and hush puppies. Everything was wonderful. Can’t wait to return to try other menu items!

Yesterday, my husband and I stopped in for dinner around 7:30. This was our first time visiting but we had heard this place was recommended by several people for their prices on crab legs. I was surprised to see there was only one other table occupied in the whole restaurant. We were seated quickly but then it took nearly 10 minutes for our server to come to our table. I overheard her say that she did not realize there was anyone in the restaurant so I think there was some miscommunication between the host and servers. We decided to split one of their crab legs and shrimp combo boils. It was $52 but plenty for 2 people so I was pleased. The flavor wasn't anything extraordinary but was still satisfying. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking for some quick seafood that won't break the bank.

This place is wonderful! Travis, the manager, was friendly and answered our questions. Our server, Kae, was friendly and steered in the right direction with our order. It was a Monday evening so not too busy. No wait and quick service. Restaurant was clean and comfy. We ordered a Combo - lots of food and it was delicious. Please pay them a visit. The food, service and pricing were great! Can't wait to return to try other menu options. But that seafood boil was FABULOUS!
