No matter how soon I place my sipclub order, whether it be just a drink or a drink & breakfast, it's never ready when I go in for pick up.. 7 times out of 10 I have to ask for it & they look at me like I'm trying to pull some "gimme this for free" stuff. This location is way more convenient for me than the Crestview location but I never have these problems from Crestview, so from now on I'll be going out of my way for a location that can fill my simple drink order without me stuck standing around not being acknowledgedThanks for nothing ?

First time here will be my last time. Asked about the menu and different options since I've never been and was told just look at the menu. I decided just to get a grilled cheese. Three to be exact and came home less than 10 min drive they were soggy. Someone threw a random dried out piece of bread in the bag. Not sure what that was about. I paid $40 for2 grilled cheese and soups and 1 kids meal which came with a sandwich and yogurt. No drink no chips. Expensive for soggy food.

I enjoyed the warmth from the fireplace while getting some work done this morning. The coffee and breakfast sandwich was great too.
I got the Chicken chipotle bacon pizza and it was delicious, service a little slow but it did take us a few minutes to decide so it was fine. Some tables were dirty and the floor was slightly dirty as well. Overall I recommend it. Love the menu and the food is always good. I got a towel and wiped down a couple of tables because we had a person in a wheelchair so needed a table to push her right up to. It was on a Sunday around 345pm. There seemed to be a manager sitting in the dining room doing paperwork.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible which is always great.

I really don't appreciate being stared at and judged by the older lady with the short hair cut in the mornings when I come in at times (who works the front). Like I don't belong there. I'm black so we can always sense when we may not be welcome. She asks if "I'm picking up" thinking I'm a delivery person, but yeah I'm not.. Just a regular customer, who even has a Sip Club account I might add. I can't come inside to eat or drink like you greet all the rest of the "other" customers? By the way, this has happened more than once. The service is subpar sometimes depending on who's working. Drive thru service is okay.

This was a great place to get some work done on my laptop as well as to get a good bite. I had the Take Two and had a tuna sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Friendly guy at the register.

It certainly feels like a new location, or one that's recently received an modernisation. Food is presented well, but didn't taste as fresh (salad) as I'm used to.
