So bad. The past couple times I’ve been the tacos have been so greasy/wet that they fall apart immediately and soak completely through the paper wrapping. Taco meat tastes like it’s mixed with dish soap. It’s also d*** to use very flimsy paper bags to hold orders. Very bad, even for lowly Taco Bell standards.

Every time I've come here, there has been an issue. Card machine isn't working, voice telecom is broken, over 15 min wait times because they're understaffed, and disappointing products. This place needs serious help.

Paid an extra dollar each for potato on two burritos. Might have been 5 pieces. They told me that’s the portion I’m supposed to get. I will say they weren’t rude. Might be a management issue being extremely struck on portions. Adding the first one I opened was skimpy….the second one wasn’t. Idk. Maybe they were just low on potatoes

On 1/30/23 I ordered a few items, one being a steak grilled cheese burrito. Upon eating 3 to 5 bites, I noticed what I thought was lettuce, so I pulled it out. Immediately noticed it was not lettuce, rather green plastic ripped up. Never going to this one again. Sucked. Money wasted.

Explain to me how online, on their physical menu and on a mobile order, a nacho fry box is 5.49. but then when it’s rang up, it’s 9.53. i told them to keep their money at the window. I’m not paying $10 when it’s literally priced at $5.49.

This location is horrible. Everytime we come here there is a problem. Tonight at 7:45 my fiancé and I had been told they were closed for 20 minutes as they were “breaking down their line” for closing although they close at 1 am.

The last 3 times my food has either been undercooked or extremely soggy. When this location first opened I enjoyed the food but it has declined ever since. I will no longer go to this location after today’s experience. I’m not one to post reviews but I made an exception because this is the third time I’ve essentially had to throw away $8+ in food.

Absolute Joke.. they tell you items aren’t available hours before closing. Everyone is rude. Something is always broken or they are under staffed yet there’s always several employees outside smoking every time I drive by. I can’t even give them the benefit of the doubt at this point. Twice now I’ve went through the drive thru late at night before work. Both times the food has tasted like cleaning chemicals. One bite and I had to spit it out and throw the rest away. I love Taco Bell, but I won’t be going to that one again. Crescent Springs KY
Waited for 40 minutes at the speaker just to find out the employees were deciding to close the store at 8:30.I understand the food isn’t the best quality but the service somehow managed to be worse.EDIT:Other than this one occasion, this Taco Bell is actually amazing. They are always fast and everything is warm and fresh when you get it. Also sometimes they hook it up with a free drink! I take back what I said completely! Best and most consistent Taco Bell I’ve been too!!!

Everytime I've gone to this specific Taco Bell, they're always closed during normal business hours, even though the staff is outside smoking and doing anything but working. 4 different times I've gone here, they're down for one reason or another, and on the rare occasion you can actually get food here, its horrible quality. Don't waste your time with this one, just wondering when they'll close for good or some new management will replace the pitiful excuse of whoevers running it now.

I went to taco bell today and ordered nachos and cheese and a quesadilla and I received an uncooked quesadilla and nacho crumbs. Every time I go to this taco bell they have an excuse for why they cant serve us hours before closing. The one day they don’t have an excuse, they give me food that looks like this. I will not return to this taco bell after the terrible service I have received in the past and the food I received today.

Ordered 3 hard tacos, came with less than 1/4 spoon of meat, small portion of cheese nothing else. No explanation of why there wasn’t lettuce, tomato or sour cream. The taco shells were soft, I can’t believe this place is still operational. Every time I’ve been there the food is terrible.
