Decided to try this Applebee's since ours is phenomenal. Bad choice! We walked in a bunch of people still standing waiting to be seated. Decided to squish in and we all waited. No hostess in sight. Was there even a hostess? After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged we decided to go next door to Friday's. Seated right away and our order taken in less than 5 minutes! We won't be back to this Applebee's location.

Had a take out order this evening, estimated to be available at 6:40pm. Got there right at that time, and there was not a person to be found throughout the whole restaurant. Waited at the to go area for at least 10 minutes before someone came to help me, telling me they were backed up because only one chef was scheduled. I sat there for another 30 minutes before I received my food, in which the appetizer was cold and the rest of the food was subpar at best. I will avoid this location in the future for sure.

Honestly service wasn't terrible just expected more... server took over 30 minutes to get our order... They were short staffed... But not busy... Food was just okay not bad just nothing to write home about... All in all an average

If I could 0 stars for food I would.This is by far the worse Applebee's I have ever been to. Only 2 cars in the parking lot on a Saturday night should have been my first clue.Went in and ordered our drinks.Mine was a sweet tea, comes out in a regular cup. My husband's was a Pepsi , comes out in a to go cup.We ordered our food. We get spinach and artichoke dip. No.salsa, chips were 2 different colors, some were stale. They also had food on some of them. The dip is supposed to be broiled to have the crust on top. Well it didn't. It was microwaved to warm it up. French fries were old, like really old and hard and cold. My husband got chicken, broccoli Alfredo. The chicken wasn't cooked, noodles were slimy breadstick was hard as a hockey puck.Asked for a manager, he ran to the back of the kitchen and never came out.We just left and no one ever came out to address the issues. NEVER GO HERE!!!!This place is disgusting and dirty also. Dust all over the light bulbs above our table, dead bugs on it too.

Had our xmas party here, it was 11 of my employees and myself. Brittney was our server, shes the best!!! Me and my husband met Brittany about 2 years ago at applebees and we always request her as our server . She is very tentative and personable just an all around great person and tonight she did her thing......every order was correct no issues at all " as always " and all of my employees had nothing but positive things to say about her. Brittney, your awesome and we love you girl!!!!

First of all we have gone to this location for years. The last couple times we have come we have noticed a decline. This past visit had to be the worst. It took a few minutes to get seated that was ok. Our waiter came to the table we gave him our daughters order first she is young and we usually order her food first. She had ordered broccoli with her kids meal. The gave her about a tsp of broccoli which was very small pieces she ate in 1 bite. Usually she gets larger stalks which are fresh and green it looks like they scraped the bottom of the pan and gave her what was left. Her chicken tenders were overcooked. As for me and my husband we ordered the wonton chicken taco appetizer which was cold. Needless to say we did not receive silverware and my daughter ended up eating whatever little bit of broccoli she received with her fingers. My husband literally walked around looking for someone to give us silverware. Well he finally found someone and they said they would bring it. Well waiting an additional five minutes and a lady who looked anything but happy brought our silverware set it on the table and left. No im sorry or here you go just total silence. My husband and i ordered soup and salad and boneless wings to share. The soup was excellent but the salad looked like someone gave us the bottom of the lettuce head it was awful the worst we have ever had at Applebees. My daughter we ordered strawberries she never received them. My husband asked for breadsticks never received them. We asked for extra dressing never received that either. When we received the bill the strawberries and extra dressing was on the bill. I addressed this with another lady and she promptly had it removed. I understand they may have been short staffed but this was the worst service we have ever received. We are rethinking our business with this establishment. Maybe we should try Friday's they may provide better service and food. I really would like to give this establishment another chance but like i said the last couple times it has declined.

The previous situation had already been taken care of by Nick the GM but in Britanny's story about the tip being taken back she neglected to mention her behavior towards us and her comment about being done with being nice and throwing a box upon the cooler. I had a conversation with the manager Jake in reference to her behavior and animosity towards us that night and it was stated that he had noticed her attitude and needed to have a conversation with Brittany. While this may not change the decision that has been made I will ask that you have a conversation with Jake about what was discussed that night. In addition we have been patrons of this establishment for literally years we have also become very fond of your employees they will
