They “forgot” the bacon on the BLT. The chicken salad was OK. The bread was the butt of the loaf and well you can see from the pic the Mac and cheese is more like Mac Soup.

Great chicken salad with a nice variety. This restaurant has salads prepared to just grab and go. Sometimes, sold out but nice you can order it freshly prepared and ready in minutes.

While it is not the cheapest option, that is partially because of the freshness of the product. I have had all but the Jalapeno version of their chicken salads and loved every one. The grape dessert is also amazing and I highly recommend it, and my kids love the cookies. My favorite way to eat any of the chicken salads is on the croissant, but my wife likes to eat them with the crackers. Either way is delicious! If you haven't, I recommend trying here for a different take on lunch or dinner!Parking: There is plenty of parking, but sometimes you may have to park further out in the lot.

Last time I ordered several different chicken salads they both hard gristle and fat pieces in them. Quality of the chicken is not as good. The pimento cheese is very good.

My darling Bride and I were in Northern Kentucky attending a Christmas Production hosted by Merit Theater. We decided to grab dinner nearby and discovered Chicken Salad Chick. We ordered the traditional chicken salad and potato soup. Both delicious! Friendly staff. Nice environment. We will b back!
I saw Chicken Salad Chick on TikTok and I was bummed that none were near me in Oregon to try, so imagine my surprise when I stumble across this one on a trip!The inside is cute, they have a whole section of pre-packaged Togo salads, perfectly labeled! The staff were all super sweet and my Togo order came out so quick! Price is great, my sandwich combo, extra cookie, and Togo egg salad was just around $20 total. Taste was simple and delicious, I loved everything about this place!

Leaving a star because food was decent. I have sympathy for those who are short staffed especially during a lunch rush. Very stressful and hard to make everyone happy. However, my frustration was that the work flow was an absolute mess. For those of us who placed online order, we were told it is a corporate policy to get in store orders out before online. A gentleman who placed an online order before me waited 50 minutes past the time he was told his food was going to be ready. It took 37 minutes for me to get my online order. I called and was told my order isn't priority compared to those who come in and order. Watched my food sit on the hot table for 10 minutes before manager stopped making food to bag and hand me my order.
