Absolutely LOVE this place!! I Love the ice cream& the staff, specifically Ken!!! He goes above and beyond. My kids even adore him. Coldstone is ALWAYS my first pick for ice cream. Some of my friends call me an ice cream “snob” because I want Coldstone so often. And I will rarely go to other places. The ice cream is amazing& delicious. Keep up the great job, Ken& staff!! ???

Ordered an Apple pie Al la cold stone. What I received was a melted soupy mess. I then asked if I could exchange it for something else. So I changed it to a Strawberry blonde. My wife had already paid for mine and her ice cream when the server informed me the strawberry was the Sam way. A melted soupy mess. At that point I was done with location. We didn’t even get a refund on what I didn’t get but already paid for. Very disappointed in this location.

Expensive. There was 2 of us my order was made really well. My girlfriend's order was not. She asked for 2 golden Oreos with her ice cream. When the person mixed it and I say mixed losely the Oreos were cut in half they were not cut into smaller bite size pieces like mine was. The quality of mine was great my girlfriends lacked any quality. Whoever made hers needs to be retrained.
