If you haven't tried this place and you love chicken salad. You haven't had chicken salad until you have eaten thiers. It was absolutely delicious. Very busy place service was fast staff was friendly.

While the food was good, the cost was incredibly high for what we got. The fact that a kids meal doesn’t even include a drink, and is nearly $2 more to get one is rough. The other knock we had is that this location now no longer lets you sit yourself. Instead, a guy will come up to you while you’re in line and tell you where you can sit. This confused a lot of guests who even took our appointed table at one point. When I asked for a booster seat for my 3 year old son I was informed that they only offer high chairs which my son can’t even use. The floors were also disgusting and covered in food and trash while we were there.

Very friendly and helpful cashier. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I took my friend for her first time and told her we were going to her new favorite lunch spot! After eating she said I was right.I wish we had one in Alexandria.

The food was pretty good, definitely an upgraded sandwich joint but not as pretentious as Panera feels. I love the choice of sides and overall variety, but that obviously comes with a bit of a price.

Food quality is fine. But every time I order take out the order is screwed up somehow. Recently they just forgot the side with the sandwich and tried to rectify with a free side next time I come in. Now I ordered again today and my sandwich was missing multiple ingredients. Not going to McAllisters anymore.
