This is the side salad I got - the parts of romaine that are supposed to be in the trash. For such high prices and the fact that they are supposed to be all about fresh, this is unacceptable. I rarely get a decent meal there. They need to look into 80 Acres lettuce mixes.

I have been going to this Panera for quite a while now as it is just down the street from my job. More and more lately this location has begun to disappoint me. No mater how early I get up, this location never has any egg soufflé available, they have also constantly forgotten utensils when ordering pick up.

It's Panera Bread so the usual experience, not terrible not great but if you want to sit and relax it works. I was surprised that they won't heat up a scone ? the staff said I can heat it up in the microwave but they heated up my wife's bagel. And of course it asked for a tip when we paid.

Food has really gone down hill. Assistant manager was very rude when an employee asked her for help at the register and the employees didn't seem to be happy to be working for her.

Ordered Delivery and they used doordash to deliver. I thought Panera had their own drivers? Anyways, food was super late and neither Panera/doordash takes responsibility. It should be noted when you order that they are using third party drivers and not their own. When I called about getting it remade or refunded, I was told by the cashier it wasn’t their fault that the doordash driver was high. Ridiculous.
