We went through the drive up. Everyone was nice, they made sure our coffee was hot, the girl at the window gave us eye contact, smiled and wished us a good day.This is the exception when we go to McDonalds now.
Went through the drive-thru and a grumpy cashier took my order, but aside from that service was great. Food was fresh and well well made shakes and frappes were ready by the time I got to the window to pick them up and also well made. Service was friendly. I had to go inside to get sauce cups because I forgot to ask for them in drive-thru and I noticed the lobby was well cleaned as well. All around great tripKid-friendliness: My kids love mcdonald's

McDonald’s must just be having trouble finding enough enough good help. One person took our order and then went back and had to help make it. I got to say the quality was what you would expect. But I’m not sure we could still call it fast food.
